Meticulously maintained beach retreat! Ground level includes a big laundry room & covered patio! There are bunk beds on this level. The main level includes huge deck with Gulf views, living, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath. This unit has external stairs only. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. This home is located far enough outside of town that the beach is quiet and the shelling is great. Lost Colony Villas offers spaciousness and privacy, community swimming pool, and direct beach access! Sorry, no pets allowed. There is no access to the third floor. No garage access.

The house was clean and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped for cooking. Having 3 showers (plus a shower outside) was great for rinsing off at the end of the beach day. And the patio has plenty of seating and tables to enjoy time outside.
It would be nice if Lost Colony condos had more visitor parking. We were there with family that were staying elsewhere and it was hard to have everyone over to visit.
