Introducing Relaxation Station SP105; a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes. The 2nd level has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath and covered balcony. The first bedroom offers a king bed, and a bunk with a twin over full. A great family bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Guests are also allowed to use the garage. Sorry, no pets allowed. Unit next door is also for rent. Rent both so two families can vacation together but have their own space. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. Golf Cart is included!
