The Saltwater Hippie located in the beautiful community of Las Palmeras is your very own tropical oasis! It is close to the beach & within walking distance to all the best restaurants & shops. On the 1st floor you will find 1 of 2 master suites. Step outside & you will find a large covered patio & a lush green space. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather from the comfort of their own home! Upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen & living space that opens up onto the deck where you can watch the ships come in! The 2nd master bedroom & bath is off the main living area. There is also a guest bedroom & bathroom located on the second floor. This property will allow ONE dog. Las Palmeras has a resort-style pool that will make you feel like you are on "Island Time" all the time!
There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. Boats or trailers are not allowed per the HOA Street parking is not allowed.
This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 1 dog are allowed. STR#381714
