Newly constructed Port Aransas home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers queen beds in three bedrooms, bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. Two roll-aways for the little ones. Enjoy the outdoor spaces with two large picnic tables, BBQ grill, cornhole, large Connect 4 game, kid's dart board, beach toys, and spike-ball game. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Located just a short 1.2 mile drive to the beach via Access Rd 1A or .8 mile drive to the beach via Avenue G. Shopping and many downtown restaurants located approximately 1.6 miles away. The Port Aransas Marina where you can launch your watercraft is only 2.3 miles away. Oversized driveway will accommodate up to five vehicles. *Golf cart rentals are not advised due to lack of legal golf cart crossing*

One Week in Port A

I stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat for a week with three of my friends. We each had our own room. The house is set up beautifully and we found everything we needed. We had close proximity to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and fishing spots. It was great fun and I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation in the area.

Great two family vacay

We had two families (my husband and I with our two kids and my cousin, her husband and her two kids) and it was the perfect size. Photos don’t do it justice. The large sectional couch is also a sleeper if needed, it fit all of us for game night. We love this area because the rest of our our family stays down the road at paradise point and you can see all the birds and it’s one of the few neighborhoods with a hood sunset view. We don’t need a golf cart so it works perfect for us! The beds were comfy and three bathrooms made getting clean after a day in the sun easy. Port A escapes provided great smelling toiletries too. We had everything we needed. Hopefully they’ll add some window treatments on a few high windows but we weren’t going to be sleeping in with how early our kids get up. It really was a perfect house for us. I even tried to convince my husband to buy one like it but we’re not ready. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Great stay for families!

Wonderful stay in a lovely property! The house is large enough to accommodate a large family.This island home's open-floor concept was ideal for our gathering.

The wide living area made it easy to entertain family, and the enormous, fully equipped kitchen was ideal for making our favorite meals.

We particularly enjoyed playing cornholetogether while cooking on the grill on the downstairs patio, and we were even able to see the Fourth of July fireworks from the street.The location is convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants, and, of course, the beach!

My family and I will return to this property in the future and suggest it to our family and friends.

Perfect place for a large family

We stayed for a long weekend. I loved that the location was close to get to the beach, but far enough from the congestion of the local gift shops. There were 9 of us and we did not feel crowded at all. There was plenty of bathrooms and beds. The seating outside was also perfect. The washer and dryer helped out tremendously with cleaning up a little before packing our clothes. If the floors were dirty/sandy, we just used the broom that was provided to tidy up after ourselves. It was a lot of fun and we will definitely be returning!!

Nice Retreat Near the Beach
