From the front door, the open floor plan invites you to hang out and relax while watching TV on the sleeper sofa. The first bedroom on the ground level has a set of two queen beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed, a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The second floor has a primary suite with a king size bed and flat-screen TV. The primary suite also has an oversized closet and bath. Relax in the Jacuzzi-style tub with jets and a separate shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee off the private balcony of the primary suite. Take advantage of the full-size washer/dryer. A half bath is located right off the kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen and living and dining areas are open and spacious. The boardwalk to the beach is directly beside Seaside Haus. Steps from your door you can enjoy the beach walkover, community pool or outdoor entertainment. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at this home. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Additional Features: Flat-screen TVs, open patio downstairs, private beach walkover, Wi-Fi, shared pool, gulf views, bay sounds, washer/dryer, towels and linens provided, private balcony.

Wonderful family stay
Great Location
Overall the house was very clean except downstairs in the sitting area. The floor had not been cleaned under the ottoman and the sleeper sofa had toys and food crumbs in the cushions.
The gas grill did not work, but the management company came out immediately and replaced with a charcoal grill.
Overall great house and location. I would stay here again.
