This new 3 bedroom, 3 bath one story unit is spacious, comfy and close to all amenities in Pirates Bay. The spacious, open kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for the whole family to gather. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath and flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms both have queens and private baths. There is a set of built in bunk beds in a hallway. The unit also offers a nice breeze way for relaxing and an outdoor shower. The complex features 2 lagoon pools with park grills for your use and a playground for the kids. There is also extra parking in this complex. Pirates Bay is just a 10 minute drive to the beach. The unit is smoke free, please step outside to smoke. The unit is great for summer rentals and the Winter Texans will love the one story split bedroom plan. This unit has parking for 2 cars. Any additional cars will be towed. This is not a golf cart accessible property.
