The Sun Shiner is a Stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located in the beachfront subdivision Royal Sands. The driveway provides plenty of parking, easily fitting 4-6 vehicles (the garage is permanently locked). First Floor includes a bunk-room which sleeps 4 with a bathroom and a door leading out to the Backyard Patio with comfortable seating and a BBQ pit. Second Floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck overlooking the swimming pool. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third room with a Full-size bed and private balcony. Third Floor bedroom has a queen-size bed overlooking the bay. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and WIFI access. There is a full Bathroom, Living Room complete with a 52-inch TV connected to DIRECTV, Dining Room that seats 8 with an Island Bar which seats 4. Leading off the Dining Room is a large covered deck with more seating overlooking the community pool. *Please comply with Royal Sands Golf Cart Rules, posted inside the house. BOARDWALK IS GOLF CART ACCESSIBLE (NO ATV'S OR UTV'S).
