Introducing Sunset Breeze.
This 3rd floor unit offers two bedrooms with two baths. The open kitchen/living has an open floor plan with plenty of space. The living area offers a queen size sleeper sofa and a queen size futon with a flat screen TV. The primary bedroom has a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV and private bath. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed with a full size bathroom across the hallway. The soothing colors of warm tones and creams create this lovely ambiance. After a day at the beach you can relax and watch your favorite shows. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.. The condo is on the third floor. There is not elevator access for this unit. ***This unit requires parking passes. They will be in the unit waiting for you.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
