New to rental! Single story home with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The guest room has two sets of bunks with fulls on the bottom and twins on the top. Three flat screen TV's with cable and internet. Cook your catch in a well-equipped kitchen, eat at the large dining table. Over-sized back yard for your dogs. Offers tons of parking for large SUV's or a boat. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. This home allows a maximum of 2 dogs.
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan
lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

Great place to stay
I would describe this property as “utilitarian”. Really kind of “no frills” but we didn’t lack for anything. We were very comfortable, enjoyed watching games on the TV with complete channels. The back yard, and house, was great for our dogs. We slept well in the bed. Shower and bath were great, as was hot water, and toiletries pack provided was nice. Loved the parking, even though we just had one truck, it was just easy. A/C worked great. Check in and check out was the easiest we’ve experienced in Port A, a big plus for us. No dishwasher, not a big deal for us because we didn’t cook meals, but could be a concern for some. Overall, it met our every need and we would stay here again.
