Introducing 7th Sunrise PB311; a spacious Pirates Bay unit that will sleep 8 in top-notch accommodations featuring stylish furnishings and fun coastal décor.

One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen sized bed. There is also an alcove to the side of the hallway with twin bunk beds. All of the bedrooms, as well as the living area, have flat screen televisions. The living room TV offers Spectrum streaming service. - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

This property has everything including a washer and dryer in the unit and free wireless internet It has stained concrete floors throughout with high ceilings in the living room. The kitchen and living area are an open concept style, perfect for entertaining. Modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, complete with coffee maker and other essentials.

Comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.

Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property. STR#:514305

October Birthdays trip
3 family members have October birthdays so we have been spending a long weekend in Port A for 10 years now and have tried many different locations. Everything was wonderful and clean and well stocked.

Labor Day in Port A!
This is a very nice townhome nestled in a great little neighborhood. Although it is not close to the water it's a great place to stay. Upscale, very comfortable beds and easy to get into town.

The Best Place Ever!!
Our family of eight spent the Memorial Day weekend here and it was amazing!!! We had been to Port A before but always stayed in hotel rooms, separated from family, and this was our first time experiencing a place together. The house was so beautiful roomy comfy and just so PERFECT for being close with family all day- we took so many pictures and loved the flow and beauty of the place that we took many inspired looks for our own home. I will DEFINITELY come back to Port Aransas Escapes - thank you for marking our stay so beautiful, comfortable and so effortless. YOU JUST GOT TO COME STAY!

Spring Break 2024
We enjoyed the space. spent most of our time at the beach. Wished the condo had more in kitchen as far as dishes and things like that. The bbq pit left something to be desired. Other than that it was fine and we had a great time. This is was second spring break in Pirates Bay. Previously stayed next door. We do really enjoy this location.
