Kick back and relax A Coasting Casa #3 Sunday Villas. This cool stilt house in Sunday Villas. Located on 11th St in Port Aransas you're close to the beach. The house faces the shared swimming pool with a large deck to sit and enjoy the beautiful Port A sunshine. There’s even a spring latched gate on the deck so children can’t escape. Come and enjoy everything this house and community has to offer, you will never want to leave!

Adorable beachy décor greets you in this open floor plan kitchen/living room. There is a large round dining table to seat 8. Cozy but comfy living room has an overstuffed couch and an arm chair to relax while watching the Big Screen TV.

A Giant Marlin greets you in this kitchen featuring all the comforts of home with stainless steel appliances and space to create family meals.

There is a beautiful pool at The Sunday Villas with plenty of pool furniture and loungers. There is lots of shade to hang out under the house and BBQ your catch of the day or good ole hamburgers and hot dogs. For downstairs dining there is a picnic table. Upstairs your large deck gets lots of sunshine and overlooks the swimming pool. There is a table with chairs to play cards or sip evening cocktails, or both. The washer/dryer is also downstairs There is parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on their size under the house and in the driveway. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool. Great Escape!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The home was very clean, and was well stocked. It was just as pictured. Extremely tidy. Right next to the pool, easy access to shops and restaurants. Very good communication with the host, though we did not have any issues! I would absolutely stay again!

Great rental but poor phone service and wifi connection

Cute house a bit smaller than I expected but it still suited us for the weekend. Phone service was horrible, spotty and/or no service at all. Other than that I would stay again.

Family Fun time at the beach!

Ideal location for our family to enjoy the beach. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Would recommend to a small family of 4, since there is only one shower. Pool is fun, too!

Love This Little CASA!

I love the location of this home. We have now stayed here twice and had great vacations. During this trip we had no dustpan to pick up all the sand but were able to sweep. The front combo lock fell apart but maintenance was there in 30 minutes to replace. Other than those two little issues I would definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion...bed pillows do not provide much support and could use some replacements.

It was amazing. Had everything you may need like utensils, coffee pot, and even pots and pans. It was clean and nice. I was glad to see that everything looked like the pictures online. The house was in great shape and was in a good location. Definitely will look into staying again in the future.

Best beach escape in Port A!

I've stayed at this beach getaway a couple of times and I've never been disappointed. I love the decor, the cleanliness and it's conveniennce to the beach and pool. Not to mention it has all the essentials of a home away from home, we never have to run out to get something. I will definitely be returning here for future beach getaways.

Girl’s Trip 2022

Four of my girlfriends and I spent a few days in Port A at A Coastin Casa. It was the cutest house and very spacious for our needs. The decorations were so cute. We loved the round table that we were able to play games on at night. Everything went very smoothly from booking the place to checking out. We will definitely be booking again soon. We highly recommend this house.

Perfect Family get away!

This is an absolutely adorable home. Plenty of space for you and your family, not mention the beds were super comfortable and you normally don't get that with a rental. Would highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

Love this rentail!!!!

This rental was the best rental we have had in PortA/North Padre so far!!!!! It was spotless, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Hats off to the maid service that cleans this place. They do an excellent job. The owner thought of everything with this rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would gladly rent this place again. It had a great location and had parking for our two vehicles and a golf cart. The A/C and ceiling fans kept the unit nice and comfortable. The only downfall is there is only one full bathroom with a shower but we managed to time our showers just right between all of us. Glad there was a 1/2 bath to use though. It was nice having the digital lock on the door that made it seamless when we arrived after business hours and not having to keep track of a key on the beach. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and we hope to rent this place again in the future.

Great stay

Conveniently located on 11th street ,easy access to beach and all the local food and beverage. The condo is super cute and so perfect for 5 adults and 3 kiddos. Nice wrap around porch and pool view for swimming. The cute condo has everything you need. I have stayed here a couple times and will not stay anywhere else. We love a coast in casa.
