Description Description
A Little Bit Of Heaven MIBC115 offers all the amenities for a vacation getaway! Situated in a lovely locations with a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. This two bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor, with no elevator access. It has stylish and flaring décor. When you enter the living area you are welcomed with a flat screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows. This spacious area has a sleeper sofa and twin chair sleeper with plenty of room for entertaining. From the living room you are greeted by the dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen. There is enough seating for six with three more at the breakfast bar. During the day to soak up some sun or later enjoy the evening to witness the amazing color display splashed across the southern sky as the sun slip below the horizon on the spacious patio.
Parking for 2 maximum.
Sorry, golf carts are not allowed.
Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
This is a smoke free property.
Short walk to the beach via boardwalk. There are also a few places to park your car at the entry of the boardwalk.

- A two-night minimum stay is required
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Dog friendly Condo
Beautiful upgraded condo that was dog friendly as well. The complex was a bit rundown and dated, but the condo and patio was super nice and clean.

Great Condo
The condo itself was great - it was clean and the kitchen was actually stocked with dishes! The pool was small but had beach access on the property. Property management was easy to work with as well.

Peaceful beach getaway
Great little getaway for the family. Easy walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute drive from restaurants/bars of Port Aransas.

Overall, great place for me & my dog
This was overall, a wonderful place for a single woman & her dog to enjoy the beach. Very clean & pleasant condo. The quaint dirt road you can drive to the private boardwalk makes beach access a breeze.. Great location for dogs! Enjoyed the large master bath tub, but unfortunately the jacuzzi feature didn't work. I was unable to get the Roku TV in the living room to work propertly, but did in the master bedroom. Don't expect any basic kitchen supplies that other often have like salt/pepper, coffee. Bring allo consumables yourself. One negative: many hotels allow late checkout as a courtesy to their customers. This group, along with others, are really starting to monetize this even for just an hour & even if no one is booked after you.Here you have to request it the morning of checkout &, if granted, pay $50 more per hour. If I can't count on the late checkout in advance, then I may as well be ready to leave & save the money. The final morning I returned to my condo well before checkout time. My entrace code no longer worked & It took about an 45 minutes for me to finally get in with management help. For that I got an extra hour to checkout. Overall, I would return.

Summer get away
This place was very peaceful and accommodating. Dog friendly and the condo was extremely clean. Hot tub and pool were perfect, and the private boardwalk was very convenient. This will be our go to from here on.

Relaxing & Lovely
Our rental had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to a can opener. We had close parking and could drive directly down to the beach in just minutes. This is one of my favorite places to stay!

Peaceful stay
Our stay was great. We have 2 little ones with us (4 and 2), and they had a blast. Room was set up comfortably and clean. Check in was a breeze, checkout was a breeze. The drive to the beach access bridge made it very easy to transport kids, supplies, toys, etc.

Unit was clean, fresh and comfortable. Only thing missing was salt and pepper! walk about 450 steps down path thru dunes to get to boardwalk to beach. nice grass area for pets. underground parking a plus, large balcony. some road noise.

Superb!
Condo was ready when we arrived, a little early!! It was comfortable,clean and our stay was exactly what we hoped for! The balcony was perfect in the morning and the evening. The parking underneath the building is a huge plus as is the beach boardwalk. Definitely enjoyed our week!
