The heart of this rental, however, lies in its outdoor spaces designed for endless fun in the sun. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling private pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil oasis. Lounge on the poolside deck while soaking up the warm Texas sunshine, or gather around the outdoor bar for refreshing drinks and lively conversation. For those who enjoy al fresco dining, the expansive outdoor seating area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals cooked on the grill. Pet friendly! Sorry, golf carts are not allowed. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Awesome Place
This place has everything you will Need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, plenty of pans, air fryer, Kurtis and regular coffee maker, two toasters plenty of items. Some reviews say the dryer doesn’t dry. If you put it in the longest setting it does just fine. Outdoor area is great that is where we spent most of our time by the pool. If you like video games there is also a PS5 with 4 controllers and a few games, cable tv as well as board games. Plenty of beach accessories inclidung chairs, wagon , and plenty of toys for the kids.

Do yourself a solid and stay here
I've stayed here twice and WILL likely stay here again without hesitation. My friends and family are always impressed with the house itself as it is built for fun and convivence. Beach access within a 10min drive. The Golf course is also only 5-10m away. Great restaurants around the city with delicious fresh seafood dishes. I recommend 'Coaches' for your breakfast needs ANY time of the day. 'La Playa' if you want GOOD Mexican food. 'Mac Daddy's BBQ is also a favorite and they all have great service. Like my heading states, "Do yourself a solid" and stay here if convivence, fun activities and family smiles are on your 'to do' list.... God Bless.

The perfect family oasis
This home checked ALL our boxes and then some! Pool for the kiddos while the adults grill and watch football...a perfect Sunday! I was a little reluctant about not being Seaside but this location was quiet and still a short drive to the beach... LOVED IT! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEE

Family Vacation 2025
Love the place my family loved the place. A few things the trash can holder in the kitchen needs to be fixed, the kurieg didn’t work. The outside was over the top I recommend adding ceiling fans, an outdoor sink, and spray for ants, and spiders. We would stay there again the house was absolutely perfect.

Amazing stay and the BEST management company.
My family and I go to Port A annually. I will be renting from them from now on. They were so responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Now to the house, this was a perfect size house for our party of 12. It was spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Our family slept comfortably to the cold AC. The outdoor area was the chefs kiss. The bar area was great for the adults while watching the kids have a great time in the pool. What a perfect house for us. Southern Jade is Paradise
The Southern Jade is an ideal experience for families or couples. The house is stunning and has everything anyone could need. Gwappas weekend
It's a great house, it has everything you need in the kitchen and more, too much more. Not enough room four did in the pantry. Beds we're wonderful, just way to many pillows, took up too much room couldn't fit or personal belongings. The dining room didn't fit everyone, the picture was deceiving. The outside was great entertaining area, we just needed to get more propane for the area amenities. It's a beautiful home.

Best stay ever!
A Southern Jade is just that! The home is beautiful, extremely well furnished, and impeccably clean! The staff were responsive 24/7 via text and were very helpful and professional. The location was nice with the exception of the mosquitos but not sure if anything could really be done about that. The price was very reasonable for the beauty of the home, cleanliness, responsiveness, and the furnishings. I have never been in an air bnb that had EVERYTHING and didn’t expect you to break your back cleaning on the way out! Our group will most definitely be returning!! Big thanks to Port Aransas Escapes, A Southern Jade, we had a fabulous time!!!!
