Introducing Anchor's Away SP102; a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes. The first bedroom, a great family bedroom, offers a queen bed, and a twin with a trundle. The second bedroom offers two twins. There are also 2 twin roll aways, great for the little ones! Relax on the comfy patio, enjoying the island breezes, with your favorite drink in hand. Enjoy family meals with this equipped kitchen. There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. Sorry, no pets allowed. STR# 374009

Great Stay with a Few Things to Note

Overall, our stay was good and the unit worked well for our needs. The home is three stories, so be aware that there are quite a few stairs—something to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

The place was clean and well-maintained, and it came stocked with basic cooking essentials, which made meal prep easy. A great bonus was the extra refrigerator in the garage—very helpful for storing drinks and additional groceries.

The listing says the unit sleeps 8, and technically it does. We had smaller kids, so the cots worked fine for us, but for adult groups or families with older children, I’d say the space is more comfortable for 6 people.

All in all, a good experience. We enjoyed our time and would consider staying again!
