Aqua Meridian MER12 is a gorgeous 3br/2.5ba townhome with pristine community pool and hot tub. Great location, just seconds away from the beach with access to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Condo features high-end details that include granite counters, stainless appliances, custom tile in the showers, wood plank tile and spacious outdoor patio. Meridian HOA parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart ONLY at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is STRICTLY enforced by the HOA.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
- We do not accept Klarna payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Great location, horrible parking
The property itself was amazing and you can't beat the location. The 2 negatives are the pots and pans were absolutely awful to cook on and the parking or lack their of is horrendous.

Perfect place for a perfect time
Really awesome area and the vibe of the complex is just so calm not to crazy and not to calm the pool is clean and proper areas to hangout and chill with the family definitely booking again for the next trip !

Port a Easter weekend
Unit was clean and well equipped. The description and photos were accurate. Plenty of smart TVs. AC was nice and cool and the mattresses were nice. Rooms good size and the area was relatively quiet. Parking was fine. If you have a large vehicle it will be tough to park in the garage but there are other options like the space in the driveway in front of the garage. Management company was responsive. Entry was very easy with the key pad. Only annoying thing was there was construction next door that we didn’t know about. It made for a very loud day on Friday. No beach access from the unit. You can either walk the next street over and take the board walk or walk to 1a. You can also park on the beach which is nice. Only negative was there were no beach chairs or umbrellas. I’d stay again.

Lovely condo
We booked into a condo by the beach, but the air conditioning was faulty and were moved to Meridian. The Meridian condo was beautiful and was a wonderful respite after a very difficult first day. Port A took care of the problem and we are grateful.

Location Location Location
Aqua Meridian is located on 11th Street which is just 5 minutes from the beach. It is a beautiful condo, decor and furniture are high end. The pictures are very true to actual condo. The living room television is at least 75 inches and a huge sectional for viewing. The kitchen has everything you will need. We actually purchased the Ninja coffee maker for our own home. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. It has a large balcony on the second level which we used for morning coffee and it also lets in a lot of natural light. It was really nice to have access to the garage for storing beach chairs. We loved our stay!! As always Port A Escapes was excellent to do business with. The entire company goes above and beyond. We will not use anyone else. You will not be disappointed with them or this condo.

Would stay again
This 3 story condo was a great place to stay while we vacationed in Port Aransas. It was nice and clean. Easy to find. Close to the beach access and was easy to get to the restaurants and shopping. The A/C worked excellent. Kitchen had nice pots and pans. The appliances were all new and worked properly. Nice large couch to for my family of 5 to sit together comfortable. The master is on the first floor which was nice. Would definitely recommend this location.

Great Stay!
The property was exactly as described and pictured. Clean and well maintained. Close proximity to the beach. Loved that cable service was provided in multiple rooms. Kids loved the "old school" nintendo! Appreciated the communication via text. Had everything we needed - plus more! Overall great stay!
