Description Description
The Artist's Beach is oh so close to the community swimming pool and beach! The 2nd floor, has an open living room, kitchen, guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The 3rd floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest room with two twin over twin bunk beds. There is a spacious balcony off the living area with outdoor seating and stellar beach views! This unit sleeps 8 people and has parking for two medium sized vehicles. Larger vehicles can park in the overflow parking by the gate. No garage access.
Parking Rules for Lost Colony
- No parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 vehicles maximum - including guest parking.
- No parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area.
- No disabled vehicles on property outside of a personal garage.
- There is no parking allowed in the grass/landscaping.
- No Using another owner's driveway to park.
*There is overflow parking. Located to the right as you drive in the gate.

Perfect location!!
This home is really in the perfect location with easy access to the boardwalk, which is a shorter walk than it looks in the pictures! The home was clean, the gift left for us was a surprise, and the decor was beautiful. We loved the view from the deck off of the living room with comfy loungers and a table and chairs! The use of washer and dryer was a bonus and more needed than we considered. Just as a heads up, the stairwells are pretty narrow, but doable. There are a few windows that need replacing bc the seals have been broken, which somewhat blocked the view when inside. We shared this unit with 7 adults (well 3 were teens but adult sized) total and that was just about right.

Perfect Beach Girl’s Trip!
My girlfriends and I have been going to Port A for many years and this is by far our favorite place that we have stayed. It is right on the beach and next to the pool. It was clean and spacious, decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. Also a large balcony to enjoy seeing and hearing the ocean. A nice touch was that the host left a thank you gift! We can’t wait to go again! Needless to say this was the perfect place for our girls getaway!

There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues. My bedside light didn’t work, the trim on the shower doors was coming off and the living room furniture cushions were all dirty and or stained

Beautiful vacation home
This was a lovely home, and perfect for our family of seven. The view from the 3rd floor master bedroom and 2nd floor deck is EVERYTHING! We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of beach toys/tent in the 1st floor closet. We were also pleased with how quickly the management responded to fix an issue with the master bed frame. Overall it was a perfect stay!

Unbeatable location!!
We loved out stay! Very close to the beach and tremendous views. The king sized bed mattress needs to be replaced, but other than that we were very pleased with the home. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Fantastic location. Easy access to beach with great views from the house. There is a lot of stairs with turns if you're traveling with an older group. Master and master bathroom were very very nice. No issues with other areas of the house, just not quite as fancy as we thought it would be from the pictures. Parking is tight if you're in pick ups but the over flow parking is close and convenient.

Perfect location!
Great view of the beach! Felt like we were right on the water. The house was great, clean and perfect for our group. The community pool was right next to the house. You could lay in bed and look at moon light on the water, storms roll in and sunrises in the morning. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
