The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree Condos A1 is a studio condo that has been remodeled and redecorated. Tile floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! Large swimming pool, tennis, and pickle ball courts. A private lit fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips, for rent. This condo is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard size vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree A1 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Clean bath towels & linens provided
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Great Getaway
Port A is a great vacation spot and for us Bay Tree Condos are a favorite choice each year. Very quiet with clean access to the pass and conveniently located near everthing.

Cozy Space with Sweet Views
This is our second time renting this specific apartment. Love sitting on the balacony, studying the art on the walls, and the convenience of the shower (instead of a tub). Hubby loves to fish on the private pier at night while I read in the apt.

We rented the unit for the Whooping Crane Festival weekend, which turned out to be a VERY cold weekend. When we got to the unit, it was actually colder inside than it was outside! We found the wall AC/heat unit and turned it on, then left for dinner thinking it would be warm when we got back. When we returned, it was still cold. We knew we would not be able to shower in there because it was so cold. When I opened the closet door to hang up our clothes, the door feel off of the track in my hands. I tried to use the cooktop in the oven and it blew a breaker and we could not find the breaker box. I decided to call the management even though it was after 9pm. They were very nice and sent a maintenance man pretty quickly. He brought us 2 space heaters and reset the breaker. He tried the closet door, but said it was going to need the track to be replaced. The bed was possibly the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The unit was cute and clean but really needed quite a bit of work.

Memorable!
This was our 2nd stay at Baytree Condos A1 and we were as pleased this time as the last. Comfort, amenities, location etc. were outstanding and TV service is exceptional. We would like to say that the vertical blinds need replacing and the beautiful and comfortable yellow couch could use a deep clean. Apart from that, we love A1 and have reserved again for next year.

Condo A1 is a great place to say
This was our second time to stay in condo A1. We prefer A1 as there is a view on both sides of the balcony. The air conditioner works great, which is always a plus. We always stay at Bay Tree as there are boat slips to keep the boat right on the property, so we don't have to haul the boat in and out of the water every single day.

Bay Tree Condos UnitA1
Condo was very clean, had hot water, important for shower & washing dishes (not just warm), and was very quiet. You never heard vehicular or golf cart traffic because of its location. Enjoyed sitting outside on patio and watching ships and tankers go by. Wife used stackable washer/dryer daily. There were plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels. Would definitely recommend for those that like peace and quiet.
