Bay Tree Condos A11/12 is tastefully decorated & remodeled. Tile floors, stainless appliances, large sofa in the living area. 2 decks off of the living area and upstairs master bedroom. Fishing from our private pier is a must! Lounging around our Texas size pool and barbecuing with the family after a fun day of fishing and the beach is the perfect way to end your day. Up for some friendly competition? Check out our tennis or pickle ball on the new courts. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands for the pool and pier.

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present the entire stay

BTA1112 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- 24/7 guest support

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- Clean bath towels & linens provided

- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

weekend break

the condo was great. Loved to patios. Every evening we would all sit out on the top deck relaxing and talking about the day. The condo was very clean. Great location. A 5min drive or 10min walk to most of the resturants around.

Relaxing Adventure in lovely Condo.

The two floor condo close to the beach and all Port Aransas activities was perfect. Clean, well furnished with all one would need for comfort, relaxation and fun. Highly recommend.
