The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Welcome to Bay Tree Unit A2, completely remodeled in 2023. This quiet end unit offers privacy with views of the marina, ship channel and Lydia Ann lighthouse. Whether relaxing in the living room watching the 65” TV or from the comfort of the king size bed with 55” TV, you will appreciate the conveniences after a day at the beach, poolside or out & about in town. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the end counter with stool will conveniently accommodate your laptop. The kitchen island with 2 stools allows flexible seating arrangements. Unit has a washer/dryer. Keurig coffee system. Please note that this condo is accessed by two flights of stairs. There is no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree A2 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean bath towels and linens provided
- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Bay Tree A2 through Port A Excapes
I had an excellent stay. I rented Bay Tree A2 and the view from the deck was great. I sat out there with my morning coffee and after dinner. It was the perfect size for me alone. All of the appliances worked perfectly. the walk up two flights was even invigorating.

Amazing view
I chose this rental for the view from the deck and it did not disappoint!
Watching fisherman , big ships and the ferry’s crossing was amazing - you can also see the lighthouse.
We fished off the dock which was so nice- cleaning station right there !
The rental itself was beautiful- very well taken care of and the cooking utensils were amazing. I would rent again many times !

Beautifully decorated with amazing views
The place with beautifully decorated! Had everything we needed. Very clean and had the most amazing views! Sat out on the deck every morning with my cup of cofee and every evening with dinner.

Accommodations were fine and the air conditioner worked great. I don’t think the pool was ever cleaned while we were there and it was dirty and not full of water.

Beauty and the Beast!
Had a nice view, watching the ships, dolphins, etc. However, I missed seeing that our condo did not have an elevator!!!! At 84,my husband's back did not tolerate carrying possessions up to the 3rd floor, and we had to leave before our reservation ended, because of his severe pain!
We were also disappointed that our condo had no closet room or any place to hang clothing!

Enjoyed our stay!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The unit was well done with the renovations and is on the corner of the building so you get a good view from the deck. Located in a quiet area "behind" old town Port A so it's easy to get to restaurants and main attractions. Bed was comfortable, AC/fans worked well and the kitchen has a majority of what you would need to cook - only thing missing was spices/seasonings and aluminum foil/ parchment paper.
You have access to the property pool which is always a plus!
