Bay Tree Condos A3 - a Port Aransas treasure! Adorable studio condo that has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. This unit is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the Bay Tree courtyard! The common areas alone are excellent, large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree A3 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Beach Vacay
We normally take our camper so this was our first time ever using an Airbnb. The condo was perfect in size and location. We loved the decor. The main problem was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. We had to call after hours maintenance. They came but couldn’t fix it. Then, we had to make arrangements to get our clothes that sat wet in washer all night to get rewashed. We were told to bring them to the office (which we thought it was the Port A Escapes office since we weren’t told otherwise. So we loaded up and drove all the way to the other end of town to find out we were supposed to take them to the office at our building complex. And, they were only available until 5 pm. They did deliver our clean laundry to our condo unit so we could enjoy being out and about. This was our last day on vacation. Due to not having a working washer or access to a washer (not spending our last evening at the laundry mat), we couldn’t really get in the water and have wet and sandy clothes to be in a hot car on our long drive home. Not the greatest experience for first time airbnb customers. We may just bring our camper next time.

Super nice condo with a balcony!!
Condo was nice and clean, covered parking and a big balcony. TVs worked great with lots of channels and ac worked flawlessly. Had a very nice stay and will return!! Only issue we had was the dryer/washing machine didn’t work.

Fourth of July get away
Our stay was good. Minor complaints are we needed to do laundry and realized our machine door would not close and would display an error message, so we had wet dirty clothes and beach towels to bring home. I would also suggest a portable ac unit or mini split. The bathroom was unbearably hot and our unit stayed pretty warm despite keeping all curtains and doors shut with window unit set to 65 degrees.

Spring Break 2024
We went for Spring Break and it was not crowded. The location was great and the property was very quiet. We will definitely be coming back.
