Introducing Bay Trees Condos A4! A tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. Located near the community swimming pool with a balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard. Easy access to the city marina. This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree A4 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

BAYTREE #14 Condo needs Attention
I stayed at Baytree # 14. it was in poor shape. The base board is missing on the wall behind the TV, the walls and base boards need painted . The beds and couch are uncomfortable, the bed was sunken down in the middle. My husband and I rented the condo for a month, I left after a week because it was such a uncomfortable depressing place. He stayed for the entire month as he was out fishing all day. It needs a new mattresses and couch. There also needs to me additional seating besides the couch maybe a side chair or two. The blinds on the sliding glass door nd window had broken slats and would not open or close.
When staying for a month the little orange arm bands also don't work. Who wants to wear the same hospital like arm band for a month? The office did give me different bands after I went to them and pushed for them. PARKING IS POOR! Parking for the even # condos is under the stairs and if you are driving a truck the your neighbor is driving a truck one of you has to wait for the other to get out. Last why not have a monthly deal on the boat slips for the guest that have boats and are staying a month, instead of just leaving the slips empty. Will I stay at Baytree again, Yes will I rent #14 NO.

We appreciated your honest review and have notified the owner that the bed and couch are uncomfortable. Bay Tree was built in the 1980's, before large trucks and SUV's were in style. Bay Tree offers plenty of overflow parking suitable for oversized vehicles. We hope you will give us another opportunity to impress.

Great sunset view
Unit was clean, AC worked great, and deck provided great sunset views. Covered parking with water hose access is nice bonus. Beds and couches were comfortable and in good condition. Only negative was kitchen stock (specifically silverware, saute pans, and turner). Made it tough to cook breakfast. Otherwise was great.

Great location in Port A
My teen daughters & I enjoyed our stayed at this centrally located condo in Port A. The condo was clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the community pool and the spacious patio with table and chairs as well. To make it a 5 star property, I would recommend replacing the chipped glasses in the kitchen and rusty faucet in the bathroom.

Great Location!
This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool is very nice, especially for an evening swim. The property manager was awesome and made a huge difference in our stay.
