The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree Condos A5 - a Port Aransas treasure! Adorable studio condo beautifully remodeled and decorated. Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! The common areas are like no other-large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree A5 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean bath towels and linens provided
- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Rest and relaxation, just what the doctor ordered.
Everything in the unit was in good working order, so I had nothing to worry about from the time I unloaded the car until I packed to leave.

Independence Day Week

Lovely little Studio great location with a great price point
Lovely little Studio at a good price point. Really walking distance from everything downtown. Nice quiet condominium project. Management company was very easy to work with and very prompt. When the air conditioner quit working and the red light came on to check the filter the maintenance guy came over quickly and fixed it although he was a little cranky. Port A is a great place to stay and this is a great little community

Bay Tree Condo
We rented a pretty Nice 1 bedroom condo at Bay Tree with a boat slip for a week. Room was very nice and well kept had sufficient linens, cookware and appliances. The deck was a little worse for wear but funtional, I've never seen deck boards nailed instead of screwed so there were some boards pulling up and some nail heads sticking up, functional but not ideal. Property grounds were well kept and office lady was a pleasure to deal with. We did rent a dock space also for our boat which again was functional' same nails instead of screws with heads sticking up and boards curling. Very narrow dock but it worked, the biggest let down at dock was the electric was on dusk to dawn control with lighting not allowing sufficient time to charge batteries after long day of fishing. Over all I was pleased with our stay and would consider it again in the fuiture.

Spring Break Getaway
Loved the location of the property. The primary reason I booked here is because it was supposed to have a heated pool. Arrived Wednesday and the kids and I tried to go to the pool but it was locked and dirty. I texted management asking if the pool was up and running yet...however no response to that, despite them being good about texting you everything else. Thursday the pool had been cleaned and the gate was unlocked, but the pool was not heated. So we never got to enjoy the main amenity we were looking forward to. The condo itself was nice with updated furnishings.
