The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Bay Tree A78 is a tastefully decorated condo. It is located on the second floor with no elevator. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. Washer and dryer in unit for added convenience. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets.
Parking for 2 under the carport. 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands will be provided and must be worn at the community facilities.
Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean bath towels and linens provided
- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
