Description Description
The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree A78 is a tastefully decorated condo. It is located on the second floor with no elevator. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. Washer and dryer in unit for added convenience. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets.
Parking for 2 under the carport. 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands will be provided and must be worn at the community facilities.
Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

Bay Tree A7/8 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean bath towels and linens provided
- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Nice condo, but...
Nicely renovated condo but it is advertised as a 3 bedroom 2 bath, that was not the case. There are 2 bedrooms and the upstairs hallway with built in bunk beds- the bunks are not a room- no closet or anything. The size of that space is ok for smaller kids, but if you’re expecting teens or adults to use it, not ideal. Also, all sleeping quarters are upstairs with 1 bathroom: the larger (what used to be the master bath) is downstairs- no en-suite for the bedroom with the king size bed. Our stay was comfortable and the condo was very clean but had I known the nuance with the rooms and bathroom I likely would have picked a different rental since we had to couples and a teenager in our party.

Wonderful
The rental was cute and spacious. I loved the bunk beds for the kids,and the gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids from trying to go down stairs. The pool was a good size. There is a big 3ft section perfect for kids. The location is close to the beach and several good restaurants. We caught fish off the private pier and saw dolphins come in as well.

Memorial Day Getaway
The property was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and cozy. The many amenities provided at the facility were excellent and easily accessible.The location was perfect. It was located next to the beach and many other city attractions. Overall we were very satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again!
