The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree B1112 condo features 2 decks with Courtyard Views! A full newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, living area and full bath with washer and dryer on the main level and then up the spiral staircase to the bedroom level with a King bedroom and queen bedroom and another full bath. Additional sleeping space in living room on sofa sleeper. This is a second floor condo with elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. wristbands required at all community facilities. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

Love this unit! Centrally located to all the fun and food and so close to the beach! My husband and daughter LOVE to fish off the pier. Caught a shark, sting ray and eel our last trip! Always clean and stocked with enough towels and linens. One of our favorite spots to stay!

The description of the property was perfect. The location is very quiet and if you need a boat slip you can rent one. For a family of 4-5 the layout is perfect.

Disappointed
There are to many large homes around the property that take away the beautiful view it used to have. You can barely see the ship channel now which is why I stayed there years ago.

Just wonderful!
We completely enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying here. The 2 bedroom is really nice and big. We love staying here because it is quiet, doc fishing, pool, close to good food as well as a private community.
