The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree Condos B1516. Tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo, has 2 balconies and front stoop with seating to watch the ships pass by over looking the swimming pool, boat slips and private fishing pier. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Tile floors, stainless appliances, comfy sofa sleeper in the living area. One full restroom on each floor. All bedrooms on 3rd floor. Interior connected by spiral staircase. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. Sorry, no pets allowed as of 6/13/24. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning NOT provided.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. Guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

Awesome condo
Very impressed with the property. The grounds were clean and well kept.
The condo itself was very comfortable and full of amenities. My grandkids enjoyed the pool as much as the night fishing off the pier. We were very happy with the location and the nearby restaurant and beach.
We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Port Aransas

Sunrise to sunset great view
Very comfortable, however stairs are a real hurdle. Getting your luggage up and down a spiral staircase is no joke. I would also not feel comfortable with children here, using those stairs. The second floor deck needs attention definitely not a good place to be barefoot. I prefer this property management company over most in Port A, because they answer the phone, are attentive, and have the local hospitality that keeps me coming back to Port A.

Friend weekend!
I stayed here with four friends and we all had a great time! The place was clean and shops, stores and the beach were all within a 5 minute drive. Only had to call the management company a couple times with some questions and they were always professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family.
