Bay Tree B3 is a studio condo on the second floor, no elevator access. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel and watch the fireworks show on July 4th and NYE while drinking your beverage of choice. Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space & lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Flat screen TV's in both areas! No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Bay Tree B3 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
