Description Description
The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree B3 is a studio condo on the second floor, no elevator access. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel and watch the fireworks show on July 4th and NYE while drinking your beverage of choice. Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space and lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Flat screen TV's in both areas! No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
Bay Tree B3 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels and linens
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

Spring Break Beach Family Trip
This is a great location near the beach and fishing pier. Great for kids and a low key spot for a couple getaway. Bring your own blender and can opener because there is not one. Need an update on kitchen utensils and cookware.

Small beach stay
Place was nicely decorated and king bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit out and enjoy coffee. The private pier is wonderful. NOt happy about the pool being closed and we were notified after it was too late to cancel.

Perfectly Peaceful
We had an amazing experience! The room had everything we could possibly need for a quick vacation. The location made for a quick in and out. The security officer on site was very kind and did a thorough job, making us feel more secure. The convenience by itself gets five star. I would highly encourage you to consider staying at this location.
