Introducing Bay Tree B4! A comfy place to hang your fishing hat after a long day enjoying the coastal fishing areas. This is a third floor condo, with no elevator access. Spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard with sunset views. Perfect place to watch the city's fireworks display from the balcony. Enjoy the large community pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, and covered parking. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
