Description

The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree B5 is a studio unit on the second floor with no elevator access. It offers a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the city marina. Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and kitchen table with four chairs. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Spacious bathroom. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking.

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

"Bay Tree B5" is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Clean towels and linens
- A well-equipped kitchen
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray .

vacation

Nice room, little noise from up stairs the 1st two nights then quiet the rest. Overall had a nice stay, location was great easy to all food and easy to get to the beach.
