The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree C1 is a spacious studio condo with the best views in Old Town! Comfortably sleeps 4 with king size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel and the perfect place to watch the city's fireworks display on the 4th of July and New Years Eve. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, tennis courts and pickleball, boat parking and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in. Sorry, no monthly rentals permitted.

Bay Tree C1 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

Convenient to everything in Port A
Well maintained, clean, and perfect for a couple.
We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and watching the ships. The location is convenient to all the restaurants and shops, as well as the park.
Property manager was so helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed our visit.

Great room
Great clean room with a very comfortable bed. Glad they added some hooks in the bathroom since our last stay. The only thing I don’t like about this room is the seating for meals. There’s a kitchen island which is handy but the little stools don’t fit around it comfortably. We usually eat outside but there are only 2 chairs at the table so there’s nowhere to have more than 2 people eat together. Overall though it’s a nice updated room and I would choose it again.
It would be nice if they changed the fishing areas trash more often. People aren’t supposed to put fish trash in there but they sometimes do and it stinks so much you can’t enjoy the area
