The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Introducing Bay Tree C11/12! This perfect Port A getaway sleeps 9 in this 3/2 condo! Located right by the community swimming pool with two balconies overlooking the marina and the channel. Enjoy the best sunset views on the Gulf Coast and watch the ship pass by in the intercoastal waterway. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area, stackable washer/dryer. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and Port A night life. This split level is a second floor condo with no elevator access. The bedrooms are accessible by the internal spiral staircase and the exterior stairwell. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

First impression was how beautiful with the bright colors and the ocean view x2. (2 balconies was a big perk). Rooms were nice and we appreciate the fans that were in rooms. That's one of those things that we love to sleep with. Our family loves to fish. Another amazing advantage was the private fishing piers with an area to clean fish that were keepers. So cool to walk outside and throw in a pole. A warning is all three rooms are upstairs. Hauling everything up and down the stairs was a little work. No issue for us. We will definitely book again. If stairs are not an issue we highly recommend this condo.

Forth of July weekend
The rental was very clean had everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. The only thing was the pool needs to be updated and cleaned, although it is right on the water so it may be a little harder to keep up. The rest of the property and our condo was fantastic. Would definitely return. Thanks for the the great family Fourth of July weekend.

Amazing location!
We had a wonderful time, beautiful views, watched dolphins turtles and pelicans from the dock. Pool and grounds were spotless. Only thing we didn’t like were the spiral stairs, with a 6 and 9 year old it was hard to navigate.

Awesome Stay!
The condo was in great condition and well-appointed. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony and watching the ships glide through the channel. As many have mentioned, the spiral staircase is a little daunting, but manageable (you can also use the exterior staircase if you don't want to navigate the spiral). Also, this property is located in a very quiet area of town, but with great access to the beach and restaurants. I should also mention that the very roomy assigned parking spot below the unit was a big plus and even has a hose in the bay which is very handy for rinsing everything off after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been staying at Bay Tree for years and love it. I'm older and the stairs are a bit treacherous, but that will not stop me from staying there again. I caution anyone using the web, though. My FB account was hacked while I was on your public site. It is causing major problems.That might not be the public web's fault. Not sure.

AMAZING VIEW
AMAZING VIEW, beautiful decor, very clean, great parking, comfy beds. I thoroughly LOVED this condo and hope to return here many times!! Tips: 1. Spiral staircase is steep and narrow, but if you prefer, you can enter the upstairs bedrooms from outside. 2. Kitchen is equipped, but bring your own staples (sugar, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc.). Again, you will not regret the rental. We watched dolphins every single day, I saw a sea turtle, and some folks caught a fish or two... and a crab from their fishing pier. I believe this unit is NOT pet friendly, but I saw other folks on the property with pets. Truly so beautiful. I could have stayed at the condo the entire time and never even stopped foot on the actual beach.

Port A Vacation
We were very pleased with the rental. C 11-12 worked perfectly for the 6 of us. There was plenty of room in the condo and we were not tripping all over each other. We were able to have two home cooked meals as well. Can you do anything to cool the pool down though, lol? Coming from a cold water state there is no relief from the heat, not in the pool, nor the gulf. But it was still very enjoyable. It was clean and the AC worked amazing!!! Thank you again Bay Tree for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
