The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree C15-16 This charming split-level, two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental offers a cozy retreat with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Located on the second floor with stair access only, this unit welcomes you into a comfortable, open-concept living space. The main floor features the living area, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with stackable washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, providing added privacy. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, making this an ideal stay for a family, accessible by a unique spiral staircase. Enjoy access to a variety of community amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a private, lighted fishing pier for peaceful evenings by the water.

boat slip
This is not Angela's room, Slove. The boat slip was a plus and the room was very comfortable. Has a washer/dryer a huge plus. The beds were comfortable but the jack hammering at 8:30 am to get the pool renovated was a negative. I'm sure the pool will look great when completed.

Great location
Loved the location, viewing ships and a lot of marine life! Sea turtles, dolphins, and many birds all from your balcony. The condo is a bit out dated but comfortable

We had a wonderful time! We always love it there.

The refrigerator/freezer was not cooling very well, the faucet in the upstairs bath was extremely hard to maneuver and the bathtub was very slippery (dangerously)

Perfect location however the photos did not reflect the condition of the property. Needs serious update. Very disappointed as the rental fee has gone way up on the off season.

Port A stay!
We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again! The condo is older, but in very good shape. It is located in one of the inlets of the channel and had nice views from both decks. From the decks, we watched the cargo ships go by and saw dolphins literally in front of us. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook a breakfast. The kitchen area is small, but met our needs. There is a narrow spiral staircase right as you enter the condo that leads up to the bedrooms. There is one full bathroom downstairs and one upstairs for both bedrooms to share. We appreciated two single beds in the second bedroom as our children are older and opposite sex. There is a second entrance to the condo from the outside on the top floor. I didn’t realize that until after I hauled the luggage up the spiral staircase. There is a machine downstairs that I assumed was a dehumidifier. There was no information/instructions provided for the machine. The washer/dryer is downstairs in the bathroom. It was handy to have as other places do not provide one. The AC worked very well. It was a bit warmer downstairs compared to upstairs, which I assumed was due to the machine. We didn’t care. It was a nice temp to come in to after being in the muggy heat outside. There was zero mugginess inside. It was nice and cool. The company provided us with all essentials to get started (trash bags, extra toilet paper, soap, and even pods for the washer). Parking is assigned and covered! That was a big plus for us since our car didn’t sit baking in the sun. They offer two spaces which was perfect since we rented a golf cart. The curtains in the bedroom allowed light to come through in the morning. We slept hard so it didn’t bother us at all. The condo is on the end so there was only one neighbor to the left. I loved that. Communication with the company was via text. We enjoyed our stay and as previously stated would say
