Introducing Bay Tree C4! A spacious third floor condo, with no elevator access offers the best views in Old Town! Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips with electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree C4 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

Bay Tree Condos
Great place to stay. Complex was super quiet, we had a great view, including the fireworks on New Year’s Eve and the fish were biting. Staff was amazing.

Great little escape
This little unit is in such a great location. We had a few issues, but Port A Escapes went above and beyond to take care of us. The property manager was very kind and helpful! My husband has been staying at BayTree condos for more than 40 years on vacation, and we will definitely continue to do so! We highly recommend BayTree!

Nice spot !
We enjoyed our recent stay - The unit was clean , close to everything at an affordable rate. One of the previous reviews the writer complained that they were used to a more luxurious environment- If That be the case you should plan on spending a bit more money per night. The property shows a little age but everything had a fresh coat of paint - units were clean and it was close to everything..... some people will complain no matter where they stay - we will com back - Thanks Mike

Perfect Beachside Getaway
The condo itself was nicely decorated, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area was nice to relax in and the outside deck was nice to sit out on. The property management was very communicative and responsive.

Just fine but no extras
I have been to Port A probably 40+ times and this was our first time staying at this complex or on this side of the island. Overall the location was fine but not as close to the beach as we are used to, but it was fine since we rented a golf cart. The unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator which made it a little challenging to unpack/pack. The unit itself was very barebones and not outfitted with any extras. There wasn't even a hook in the bathroom to hang a towel or robe. It was fine but I am used to being in a place that has at least a couple upgrades. It has everything you need but that is it. The listing said it was a one bedroom which I support is accurate, but it is really a room with a bed and a couch. more like an efficiency. We did have to evacuate early due to the hurricane but management refunded our last day. Overall it was a decent place to sleep but didn't want to hang out in our room. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Wouldn't recommend to any of my friends because we are all used to larger, more comfortable spaces. I would say it is fine for a couple of boys that don't need/want the extras I am used to.

Thank you for your honest review. Unit C4 at Bay Tree is ideal for anyone wanting an affordable Port A getaway. There is a community pool and fishing pier. Although not fancy, it is adequate. Thank you for the bathroom hook suggestion. We will add one right away.

Bad odor, poor decor
We rented this for our daughter and her husband and immediately regretted it upon walking in. There is a smell like curry that will not go away. Unfortunately no other rental was open (we tried to transfer). Only stay here if you have a poor sense of smell and do not care about decor.

Great location
Love this complex. It's quiet, has a great view and pool, and a short walk to restaurants and the Marine Science Center. The condo was clean and well equipped. The only negative was the mattress - it was terrible! Like sleeping on a pool float that lost all its air.
