The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Introducing Bay Tree C9-10- a Port Aransas treasure! This 2br/2ba condo that has been tastefully remodeled and decorated. It is located on the second floor with no elevator access. There is an interior spiral staircase that connects first & second floors and leads to the bedrooms. Includes stackable washer/dryer on the main level. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the marina and intercoastal waterway! Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas include a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Bay Tree is a Gem
Place is great. It’s a Prime location close to everything Port A has to offer. The boat slips are a little tricky and when tieing up to dock, keep in consideration the ships pulling water when they pass as it’s right off the Ship Channel. Make sure you leave a little slack in line and use your bumpers. We’ve never stayed in summer time ,but i can vouch for Spring and Fall as it’s a quiet, nice place to stay.

Bay Tree is a great location, especially if you plan to utilize their dock for a boat. The on-site staff is always been helpful and professional. I've never been disappointed with my stay here.

We have stayed at this condo several times in the past 4 years and we will stay here again. It is not in perfect condition, the storm door is coming off the hinges we did complain about it before but it has not been fixed . There are a few other minor repairs that are needed but nothing that affects our stay. Over all it is a nice place to stay.

Always a great time
The baytree is always a great place to stay, great amenities, clean pool, cute little fishing pier especially great for kids, very safe, security patrol at night. We go with a group of 10 families. Great way for everyone to have their own space

New Years 2025
We have stayed at Baytree condos several times and it is always a great experience. This last time we had a concern about the storm door as it was coming off the hinges and appears to need to be replaced however it did not affect our time. The biggest downside to staying at this condo is that they don’t allow pets so we are going to need a different location in the future to stay. There was also a lot of dirt underneath the couch that could be seen when in the reclining position.

Vacation Getaway
Was a great get away place, very cozy and tranquil. We enjoyed the location and was very nice to wake up in the morning and read my bible and drink coffee while sitting on the deck. My family enjoyed also seeing the dolphins and the ocean. Was also amazing seeing the sunrise �� and �� sunset from the deck as well��❤️ Highly recommended this rental and we definitely will be back.

Great location
We were hosting friends from Australia and brought them to Port A for a fishing opportunity. Baytree Condos were an excellent location for our stay! They are well maintained, well stocked, clean and a perfect location to watch the shopping channel activity. Our visit coincided with the Harvest Moon Regatta which was an unexpected plus. Property management is professional, knowledgeable, engaged, cheerful and pleasant/cheerful in their interactions.

You can fish onsite or check out Charlie's Pasture, the ferry pier, the city pier or the beach itself. Fins Restaurant is a great place to take your catch for an incredible dinner! The Gaff makes a superb pizza! Trout Street is a wonderful fine dining experience

Port A Escapes was easy to work with and prompt to respond to all inquiries. We highly recommend them for booking accommodations.

Very Cool Port Aransas Condo
Booked this condo for final Summer weekend getaway.
It was everything advertised. No issue with check-in, very clean no issues at all.
3 separate bedrooms, view facing Port A
Great quiet location minutes away from Port A restaurants, bars, bait shop 1 min away
Nice pool with 8’ deep end. Used the lighted fishing Pier at night.
short drive to the Port A south jetty, which is the best spot for inshore fishing
Kitchen had all pots pans needed for cooking.
Very comfortable condo at reasonable rates. Enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Baytree condominiums
We have stayed 5 times in the last 3 years at Baytree Condominiums this is a great place to stay and is very close to the shipping channel a person can watch the ships going in and out of the bay. This unit is close to the beach and to the shopping and restaurants in Port Aransas.
