The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree D15-16 is a very private unit at the end of building D overlooking an expanse of green lawn. Included is one covered parking space under the unit and a one parking space directly across. From the front of the unit boat parking is available. Private boat slip is available for rent for $45 per day. This is two story condo with a spiral staircase inside and an available outdoor staircase to the two bedrooms and a bunk room upstairs. These units do not have elevators. The kitchen has an island that seats three and a dining table that seats four. The deck adjoining the living room has a dining table that seats four or six and four captains chairs with tables in between. Upstairs this unit has two bedrooms both with large big screen TV’s and each has patio doors to the sun deck with two chaises and four chairs and tables and BIG views! The bunk room is an open bedroom at the top of the stairs with a double bunk down and a twin bunk above. Sorry no pets, no smoking and no monthly rentals.
