Bay Tree D4 is a tastefully decorated studio condo. It is located on the third floor with no elevator access. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our private pier, lounging around our Texas size pool, barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and Pickle ball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises while drinking your coffee in the mornings, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

We love D4 at Bay Tree Condos and have for years. The only issue we had was the fitted sheet on the bed did not fit and kept coming off corners and the fire alarm went off. Other than that we love it and can’t wait to stay next year.

Perfect location
We truly enjoyed the view from the condo deck. We enjoyed watching the large ships and fishing boats as well as the dolphins. The location is a short drive to a lot of good restaurants. September is a great time to visit. We enjoyed the summertime weather without the crowds. This may be one of our annual getaways!

Very clean, comfortable ,and well stocked condo...less than one mile from the beach, and jetty... beautiful views of the ship channel...I had a very relaxing and restful vacation.

Very Private.Just as described.
His rental was in a condo or apartment complex... But for the middle of the summer, it wasn’t very crowded at all. Remember to read this list very carefully because walking at three flights of stairs can be a bit daunting. But we did it! The beds and the linens were incredibly amazingly, soft and crisp and very comfortable.

Lovely place
This rental is conveniently located and has a great view of the ship channel. When I arrived the unit was cool and clean. My only complaint was that it is accessed by four sets of stairs and I was not told this ahead of time. I am in my 70’s and that would have been useful information.
