Our family had an incredible experience staying here! The ability to walk from the porch to the beach and back was a huge hit. The condo was well furnished and amenities were exactly as described. Great communication from the rental company. We had zero issues and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo was as described in the listing. The view was beautiful! Good access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet and peaceful. Check-in/check-out was easy. We would definitely rent from Port A Escapes again.

Great location, very close to town, shopping & boardwalk to the beach. Everything needed for our stay was in the unit, plenty of kitchen items, tv, internet. Easy communication with rental team. Will stay again.

Very pleased and will stay in SIV 30 again. With the exception of one cockroach in guest bathroom, very clean. Felt comfortable in bed and sofas. Lovely property.

I was super happy with this condo, and the communication with management was ultra responsive at all points. The view from the porch is great. The proximity to the beach trail perfect - like 60 feet and
then maybe a 200 yard walk to the beach with a shower bench along the way. Everything we needed was provided for (bring your own coffee of course). My 5 yr old asked, “Can we live here!” I intend to stay here again.

The rental was very nice and clean on the inside. Well furnished and comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach was very handy and not a long walk at all. Large upper deck with view of the beach. Nice pool. Location was convenient to town. My only negative, which wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again was the actual aesthetic of the buildings themselves. Very plain and motel like.

This is a great location with everything you need and close to many restaurants and shops. Rental agency was very informative. The condo was clean with a nice patio to sit outside in the evenings. Hope to come back in the future.

Comfortable furniture, very clean, and lots of thoughtful touches such as clips for chips. The balcony has a lovely view with partial shade so you can get what you need as various times of the day.
If I could make any changes it would be to be allowed use of the laundry in the unit and to add a screen/divider as the neighbor’s balconies is are several in a row with no privacy screens at all. I’m an introvert, so this is a big thing for me.

This unit is outstanding. Convenient access to the beach right out your back door (only unit we saw with a private stairway), and the community pool is right outside your front door. Immaculately clean and the management company was super easy to work with. A+!

Our 3rd year staying at this vacation rental, and it’s by far my fav. Very clean, good location, not a long walk to the beach, personal access no boardwalk but a side walk and a little dune hill to cross. But I’ll take that over a cart ready rental lol

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Sea Isle Village Unit 30. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to family, friends, and YOU!

Check in went smoothly. Sea Isle Village is an older property but it was recently remodeled after Hurricane Harvey and the grounds and facilities (especially the community pool) look really great and are well maintained. The interior remodel of Unit 30 is aesthetically pleasing and very well done! This unit has a spacious oceanview deck with a full size table and chairs and extra seating which in my opinion makes it the best unit in the complex. This deck is double the size of the decks on the other units, it has a cover over half of the deck providing protection from sun/rain, and it is unique in that it has its own private stairs down to the ground level on the beach side of the complex. The beds and furniture were in great shape and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Most of what is advertised in the description is accurate, with the exception of the reference to 3 TVs (only 2 TVs in the condo) and there is no DVD or VHS player. These discrepancies are not a deal breaker by any means, but it should be corrected. There was a dead roach on the floor when we arrived which indicates pest control is working, but cleaning crew either missed it or it showed up after they cleaned. The condo was sooo close to perfect that I feel the need to point out a few areas for improvement which with easy "fixes" would make it absolutely perfect.

1. Only 1 kitchen towel and hot pad in the kitchen is not enough.

2. We had 4 people staying in the condo for 3 nights. There were only 2 wash cloths per person which is really not adequate especially since there is not W/D in the unit.

3. The caulk around both tubs needs to be cleaned out and recaulked. Ugly caulk can make an otherwise nice bathroom look not so nice.

We loved staying at this property. The only issue would be the sand dune you have to cross to get to the beach. We ended up using the beach access from the property next door because there is a bridge to cross the sand dune.

Everything was beautiful. The walk to the beach was perfect. The pool was very clean. The rooms, sheets, bathroom and couches were so clean and perfect. I had a great time with my family. Wifi was the only thing missing.

We had a great stay in SIV #30! Quick and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, etc. Everything was clean and updated. No WiFi was disappointing.

We picked this condo based on the fact that it had 4 beds. We show up and there are 3, one of which is crammed into a tiny bedroom w/ very little room for anything else which is great b/c it also doesn't have a closet so you can just leave your suitcase on the ground & step over it all week. Conveniently, I was already calling management b/c our fridge froze up when we turned it on (apparently this is a common occurrence) & they said they would check the pictures to see why I was standing in front of a queen bed instead of 2 twin beds pictured. When I called to follow up the next day, she confirmed that the pictures were incorrect on the website. Just for funsies I checked the website again just now & they are still incorrect. Unfortunately the fridge did not cool for the first 2 days nor could they send maintenance over to fix it, so they generously offered to reimburse us for ice & told us to use our coolers instead. Who needs a fridge when you brought all of your food to cook? If you enjoy sweating, this is the perfect place! You can't turn the a/c below 74 or it freezes like the fridge. There’s a note warning of this which I re-read throughout the trip trying to visualize what a freeze might feel like as I mopped the sweat from my brow. The 1.5 inch gap under the front door not only allows for a nice warm draft to blow through, it also allows for plenty of roaches/creepy crawlers to join you. I stopped documenting their adorable roach faces after I spotted 6 roaches in our kitchen the first night. According to management, this is a fairly common occurrence. Call me naive, but I think some sort of seal at the bottom of the door might slow the problem down. The back door dead bolt is broken so don't bring anything valuable. I'm assuming that's how the twin beds went missing after the pictures were taken. If you are smoker, note that you can’t smoke anywhere on the deck of the condo, but you can enjoy the smell of the next door neighbor chain smoking on theirs.

Our overall experience was very good. Loved the view from the deck facing gulf coast. Heating/cooling/water all worked fine. Unit could use a bit of updating, especially beds. Port A Escapes was very helpful with questions.

My parents, my father in law, my husband, our three year old son and I all stayed together in a 2/2 condo. We had an awesome time. Checkin was easy for us because I read the email that asks you to check in in a completely different area of the Island, so I knew where to go. Check in was a breeze, the lady was very nice and quick. The condo was so pretty, and very clean. There were spare towels everywhere! It had everything we needed. The pool on the property was nice, and it was a short walk to the beach. Parking is a little tight, but not a big deal at all. Overall, we loved it!

Place was clean except for the tile. Since we got in on a Saturday and were staying for a month and a half I scrubbed them. Was disappointed it was rented out for next year before we even got there as we wanted it for Feb. & Mar. of 2015. Had to find a place at LaMirage. Port Escapes was fine. Need to give some information on talking with management at SIV. Heat and air conditioning was great as we needed both.

Stayed in #30 which is upstairs. Loved the Beach view. The big blue house directly in front of the balcony didn't actually detract from the view at all. This unit has an overhang above the roof, so our balcony was shaded. Big plus when it was time to each lunch on the balcony! Master had a queen size bed up with one side up against a wall and double with access on both sides of the bed so my wife and I slept separately, but it definitely worked. Queen mattress was too soft for me anyway. I'm pretty picky, but this made my list as a potential repeat property.

We were having a wedding, and needed an additional accomodation at the very last minute. It was better than we could have expected. Not only did was it very reasonable, but a clean, comfortable condo with a great view!

We enjoyed staying at this location. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The bedroom situation was a little misleading. We were told there was a queen size bed in one bedroom and a full and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom. The twin beds were in a room by themselves and the full and queen were together. We made it work.

My family and relatives have been coming here for years. Was disappointed, the pool was closed for the 2nd time. One of the highlights of staying is the pool. Also, was not told ahead of time that there was no longer any housekeeping. Had to go out and buy extra trash bags, etc.

The condo had a beautiful view of the Gulf and it was clean. Dislikes about the place are you do not get towel service and have to carry out the trash. I do not like having to go to another location to pickup and drop off the key.

Despite some confusion in the reservation accounting (ie, deposit $), which occurred due to the transfer of management of Sea Isle to Port A Escape, Patrick was excellent to deal with. I appreciated his promptness to return my calls and his handling of my questions. Patrick was so nice to work with, very professional; he deserves a raise! Unit 31 had a dead roach, no hair dryer, and vent under AC loosely screwed and ajar, probably gave access for roach.
