Welcome to Beachfront Paradise LC19! You won't want to leave this bright and welcoming 3BR/3BA beachfront home. This rental includes brand-new appliances and 2 bedroom suites, plus a family-friendly bunk room and coastal-chic furnishings throughout. Located just 10 minutes by car to in-town Port A, Lost Colony offers the perfect combo of convenience and off-the-beaten-path seclusion. The open-concept living area is anchored by a flat-screen TV as well as a wall of windows that overlook the Gulf and the beach that takes center stage when you sit down to eat at a dining table for six. This rental sleeps 9 guests between 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Extras at this Lost Colony beach house include parking for 3 vehicles, complimentary Wi-Fi, a digital lock for keyless entry, and a washer/dryer in the garage. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Parking Rules for Lost Colony
1. No parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 spaces for parking- including guest parking.
2. No parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area.
3. No storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage.
4. No parking allowed in the grass or landscaping.
5. No using another owner's driveway to park
*There is overflow parking. This is located to your right as you drive in the gate.

Beachfront Paradise is great
We loved the house. Great location on the beach. The deck is large and perfect for spending all your time on. The house is very clean, great kitchen and two master bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. You do need to bring all food, spices, oil etc.. they supplied a small amount of toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags. Not enough for a week but enough to get you started. The charcoal grill was so nice to have. We used it every night. We had an issue with a broken burner on the stove. The property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. Highly recommend this home for your stay.

Mustang Beach at its finest!
This is the perfect beach house as far as I am concerned. It is RIGHT on the beach. You can open the sliding door and sit at the table to play games and it sounds and smells like you are on the beach or you can sit on the deck with your coffee or a book or an adult beverage and enjoy the same. All three bedrooms have a bathroom, which is so so nice. The house is right between Port A and Corpus so it's not super close to anything, but close enough to go "to town" very quickly. Because of that, though, the beach is less crowded. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Location! Location! Location!
Have stayed in Lost Colony many times and this location right on the beach can't be beat! Appreciated that the property provided sand toys and boogie boards for us to use. Wish the kitchen had been better equipped with basics. Make sure you bring everything you could possibly need for meal prep if you plan on cooking. The house provides only one roll of paper towels and no other paper goods so be sure to bring your own coffee filters, foil, zip top bags, seasonings, etc. The kitchen is bare bones.

Labor Day Retreat
Had a wonderful stay over the Labor Day holiday. Booked this property for a second time and it did not disappoint. It was a great family weekend for us, 6 adults fit comfortably in the house. Private bathrooms in each room were perfect. Lots of dishes and cookware provided which is nice as we are all of our meals at home. Deck is spacious and the view is spectacular. Fridge has functional ice maker which is great. Access to the beach is easy and close. Good amount of towels and garage to store beach stuff are all major plusses. Hoses on property and by boardwalk to keep sand outside as much as possible. Too many positives to name them all. Port A escapes was easy and friendly to work with and very responsive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Location in PORT A
We have stayed in several units in Lost Colony over the lady 10 years. All were wonderful but this one was our most favorite. It is clean, beach front view, all beds were comfortable and each room has its own bathroom. A must stay in Port A.

Beach vacation
ust got back from an incredible beach vacation, and it couldn’t have gone better. The weather was perfect all week—sunny, warm, and ideal for swimming and relaxing. The beach was stunning: clean, quiet, and with soft sand and crystal-clear water.

Our accommodations were steps from the shore, making it easy to enjoy early morning walks and sunset views right from the balcony. Everything was spotless and super comfortable.

We also found some great local spots for fresh seafood and tropical drinks—perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. Everyone we met was friendly, and the atmosphere was so laid-back and relaxing.

Family Beach Stay
The house was a great size and set up well for our family of 4. We have young kids and the distance from the beach made it easy to bring them back and forth quickly and easily. The house was stocked with all the essentials and very clean. There were obvious signs that the house had been well used, but nothing that impacted our stay. They provided ample towels and there was easy access to the washer/dryer. The view from was unparalleled! The community was clean and mostly quiet despite being full with vacationers. The pool definitely needed to be cleaned better but we spent most of our time in the ocean. We are hopeful to make this an annual trip for future memories.

GREAT LOCATION
House was in a great location to access the beach. A few miles from town. The house was clean. Port A Escapes were easy to get ahold of when I had questions. One thing is, there are not a lot of items stocked. Bring extra paper towels and blankets and anything you may need to cook. They had salt and pepper and cooking utensils but no condiments, sugar, oil or anything else.

Clean property with a great view
This property had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was in a great location and the view from the deck was the best part. We didn't cook much but the kitchen seemed fairly well stocked, except that they did not provide coffee. We were unable to access the garage (locked) which had the washer/dryer and grill and beach toys. We really liked the neighborhood which was quiet and the home has very quick access to the beach via the boardwalk. Unfortunately we picked a bad time to visit, due to the amount of spring breakers during the nights we were there. Obviously this not the fault of the owners or management company. But if you have younger children, I would avoid booking in March. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would book here again in the summer time.

Fall break stay at LC19
Perfect location! House itself was ok. Could have definitely been cleaner, counter tops had residue we had to wipe off ourselves, dead bugs in windows and killed a few insects and a roach. Rodent and smaller bug droppings in the kitchen cabinets and inside some of the kitchen pots/ pans and bowls.

the dishwasher and stove are well used, neither operated well.

Beachfront Lost Colony

Best ever
This was our best beach experience so far. The property is on the beach and a short walk away. The deck overlooks the beach. The deck faces east so the summer sun can be intense. The house is in a small group so not too much noise. An easy drive to shops and grocery stores. We had a great time.

Lovely Accommodation
Very nice vacation rental. Deck provided 180' view of the ocean. Beach was clean and relatively quiet. Management company was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Fabulous Ocean View!
we stayed for the weekend. 3 adults and 1 four year old. Perfect place to stay in Port Aransas. Well furnished and comfortable. There was room for another couple and child. The beach view is 180 degrees of beach!

Friends Weekend Getaway
Beautiful house and Super Location! The views from the deck are amazing! Loved that all the bedrooms are on the same level. Didn't like that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but did like that you have access to the garage to store your beach stuff!

Weekend on the Gulf
Wonderful location, property was nicely furnished. Just two issues, (1) we experienced ants in the living room, maintenance responded quickly but the ants persisted, (2) I know this is outside the property owners control but the beach has oil blotches that are difficult to avoid, leaving shoes and beachwear stained and difficult to clean up.

great location
We loved being so close to the beach. Had a couple small issues with kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster) that didn't work, but the maintenance team brought us new ones super fast. We were very impressed with how responsive and friendly all the staff were. We also found this stretch of the beach to be very quiet for the most part. Never super crowded - which was wonderful.

Unit 19
house had some great perks! Smaller than it looks in pictures but nice. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom but strange to have to walk through a bedroom to use a restroom. Washer would not spin so couldn’t do laundry. Over all well decorated.

Waterfront View

Timeless experience of ocean view and peace!
My stay was a very positive experience. I've stayed in this unit before and have always enjoyed my stay. Great location, great view, easy beach access.
I experience the opportunity to see, hear the waves from the deck. The place was immaculate and the hosts were easy to communicate with.
I plan on staying there in the future.

A beautiful vacation at a beautiful house
We were four women who had only two full days to visit and enjoy the beach. This house is fully equipped -- everything to make us comfortable. It was perfectly clean, and we all agreed we would want the same house next time.

Spotless house with a breathtaking view!!
The Pros.
The rental was perfectly spotless. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable. I LOVED that all 3 bedrooms had their own private attached bathroom. That is an awesome feature. There is an abundance of natural lighting during the day,which is just beautiful. The view is absolutely STUNNING!!
The Cons.
I have to admit, at first entering the rental it was smaller than I was expecting. From the pictures I thought it was a full two-story level house (my fault for not reading the listing better). The living quarters are upstairs and the garage is downstairs. You cannot access the garage from the living quarters so you have to go outside to get to the garage. The laundry unit is located in the garage and it is not the fanciest thing but it is functional. I had a few loads of laundry during the trip, I really wished it would have been upstairs in the living quarters. The ceiling fan in the far master bedroom was so loud and squeaky that we could not use it. I brought my own fans so it was not that big of an issue. I wished there was a broom and dust pan or small stick vacuums available to keep floors clean during our stay.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this location. We will stay here again in the future.

Padre Is. getaway
We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The view and solitude are perfect for a beach getaway. The place is clean and there's no one here to bother you. Even though it rained a few days we had nothing to complain about.
