Welcome to Beachfront Paradise LC19! You won't want to leave this bright and welcoming 3BR/3BA beachfront home. This rental includes brand-new appliances and 2 bedroom suites, plus a family-friendly bunk room and coastal-chic furnishings throughout. Located just 10 minutes by car to in-town Port A, Lost Colony offers the perfect combo of convenience and off-the-beaten-path seclusion. The open-concept living area is anchored by a flat-screen TV as well as a wall of windows that overlook the Gulf and the beach that takes center stage when you sit down to eat at a dining table for six. This rental sleeps 9 guests between 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Extras at this Lost Colony beach house include parking for 3 vehicles, complimentary Wi-Fi, a digital lock for keyless entry, and a washer/dryer in the garage. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Parking Rules for Lost Colony
1. No parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 spaces for parking- including guest parking.
2. No parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area.
3. No storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage.
4. No parking allowed in the grass or landscaping.
5. No using another owner's driveway to park
*There is overflow parking. This is located to your right as you drive in the gate.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
