Description

Beachhead 104 is a 2nd floor condo, with no elevator access. It offers an open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. There is a full kitchen complete with everything you will need. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom will have a queen and double beds. Both bedrooms have their own full bath. Oh! Did we mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have assigned carport parking and private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.
Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, Please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:

Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and WIFI service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
