With it's calming and sophisticated coastal decor you will be able to relax and unwind. This vacation beach home is perfect for your family, a pair of families or your special group. The backyard retreat features a tastefully decorated patio with a gas grill and family-sized pool and a spa. The pool includes a "splash pad" perfect for tanning or for the little ones to play on.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you need- it includes a Keurig, a blender and crock pot. The ground floor master has an lovely en-suite and a single pullout bed for a little one! Upstairs the common area has a pullout sofa bed as well as 2 extra floor mats.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
