Introducing Blues Away SIV29. This remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the ground floor in the beachside complex of Sea Isle in Port Aransas. This spacious condo offers one queen bed in the master bedroom with a private bath. The second bedroom has a full (bottom) and a twin (top) bunkbed, with a bath located right outside the bedroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The open living room and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The condos' beachside patio offers seating overlooking a dune view with amazing breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. The beach walkway is steps away from the patio. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and 2 playground areas for the kids. The complex offers wireless internet. Pets permitted for an additional fee. There is parking allowed for two vehicles for this unit. One parking spot is right in front of the unit. If you rent a golf cart or have a second vehicle, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass for additional parking from them. Parking passes are required. - A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Great location!
We loved the location. There was a path to the beach, and restaurants & shops were a quick golf cart ride away. Check in was super easy, and property management was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to add an extra night. Would definitely stay again!

Good stay at a reasonable price
We chose this place bc of its proximity to the beach, it was pet friendly AND the fact they didn’t charge outrageous fees like all of the other port A rentals. The property was clean and reasonably was in a great location. They answered all of my questions when I called and were really helpful. The only thing I miss didn’t enjoy was there were no partitions on the patio so I didn’t sit out there much since there is zero privacy. Nothing like stepping outside when your neighbor is sitting out there 5 feet away. But that was honestly the only negative.

Wonderful place to stay!
The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. 2 big bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen had all the essentials. The master bedroom stayed a bit warmer than the rest of the unit. I'm not sure why but as soon as you walked onto the back patio the mosquitoes were attacking. So we didn't spend any time out there. The pool and playscape were amazing.

4th of July Stay
The condo was great. The sofa sleeper I would recommend to buy a better mattress. You could feel all the springs. The only down side was the upstairs neighbor in unit 30 keep throwing their cigarettes down from back balcony which fell in one of our friends hair. Then after saying something to them they were slamming, dragging and banging all night. I had the police called . It’s people like that who make for a horrible stay. We come and stay about 10-12 times a year and never have had any issues with other renters.

Family Vacation!
We enjoyed our stay! Rental was clean spacious and great location to beach, downtown and lots of extra activities onsite for the kids. The borrowed sand toys and volleyball games was a pleasant surprise. Only thing I would change is checking in and out picking up keys and dropping off at a different location... key code entry would be more convenient. Aside from that which is minor the overall rental was perfect for my family. On-site manager Tammy was very sweet and helpful.

Family Weekend
The place was great over all. Great beds and sleeping arrangments. When we tried to use the pullout couch the fitted sheet that was on it was used and not cleaned. The complexes pool was a green color. Over all it was a good experience.

Unhappy camper!!
The vacation part was what we wanted,but,the unit we stayed in was very out dated and uncomfortable,the beds were small and hard ,ive stayed in a better unit in the past..the pool was great,the exterior property..very clean..overall to much$$$$ for this unit!!

it was rent this for 6 people the reservation says for 6 with 2 bath and two bathrooms also guess what
It was only one bathroom, online says with wifi also not wifi

Great Place! Awesome Family Vacation!
All the folks in the rental office were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and cold! Had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation! Internet never truly worked, but who cares...we were on vacation!

Sea Isle Village
Overall my experience was good. The one detail I was not aware of is the 2nd bathroom did NOT have a shower, only a tub. I was disappointed about that. We loved the pool, beach access, parking by room, close to town!

Our Stay
We enjoyed our time at the SIV. It was a good place to call home while we were there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to the beach. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Rest and Relaxation
My family and I enjoyed our recent stay. The location was great and would definitely recommend this to our friends. The only negative comment is that the decor could use some updating but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Spring Break 2013
We really appreciated being close to the beach. It was a short walk over the dunes. The condo was adequate and clean although a little dated. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

Very Satisfied, good room
We started off in a much smaller 1 bedroom and went and talked to the management and upgraded to this nicer 2 bedroom. It was very spacious, quiet, good location, clean. No complaints and very glad I upgraded.

jasper 1st trip to tthe ocean
it was good after we got a room, they need a broom or vacume cleaner so you can sweep the floor, when you stay over 4 days with a 1 year old, other than that it was clean,cool,pool was great, will stay there again

Family Get A Way
Our family has been staying at this location for a few yrs. Our only problem is the BEDS. The bed are not comfortble at all.
