Introducing Casa Mariposa SPV19! This unit has been recently completely renovated inside and out including new stucco exterior, new roof, new window unit air conditioning, a screened patio, fresh paint, and new furnishings. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings as well as a modern kitchen. There is a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. STR#524867

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

First Port A Trip
This location is the absolute best! It is around the corner from 15 to 20 bars and restaurants. Short drive to the beach but so so close to all of the nightlife. Great company to rent from, constant communication.

Ants galore
We enjoyed our stay but there were so many ants on the patio that we couldn't even sit out there to enjoy it. They were really bad! There was also a ton by the front door.

Great little get away
We loved this property, the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. We were worried the window units wouldn’t keep it cool enough, but they were perfect.... Stayed at a great temp. As someone who cooks the only down side was the small fridge , but made due... overall would book again. We’ve stayed at 3 others In Spanish cottage this was our 4th.

A comfortable little getaway
This is a perfect little house. I enjoyed the screened in porch and little fenced in yard for my service dogs. Everything inside was very clean. The porch could use a top to bottom steam cleaning, but that’s not enough to make me not want to stay there again. It is close to everything and I highly recommend it. I was quite comfortable there.

Great Time stay!
Rental was perfect for the two of us and our mini Yorkie! Stay was great, neighbor hood quite and close to everything. This would have been a 5 star all the way however the screen in patio was dingy, pet hair from way past guest along the screened in wall areas at the floor and the two floor mats on that patio, I had to turn them upside side as not to get it on our pet or our shoes. I would not have been out there bare footed that's for sure. We get charge a pet charge and yet we need to deal with past guest pet hair?

Amazing trip
The cottage is adorable. We loved the screened in porch. It was clean and well kept. We also love that when renting thru this rental company there was no third party tacking on additional charges. We love Spanish Village cottages and only stay there when we come to Port Aransas twice a year. Also the gift cups left for us with the cottage name and personal welcome sign inside the cottage was a great addition.

Our stay at Spanish Village in Port Aransas
This was our second stay at one of the small homes, which is the perfect size for my husband and I. The place was clean and all the amenities we needed were provided. We appreciated a full oven, the king size bed, and two flat screen TVs. The location was convenient and we could walk to many of the things we wanted to do.

Great place for 2 and pet family.
This place is very suitable for a couple and pets. It says up to four people but I feel like it would be a little tight for that. Maybe a couple small children would be ok. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. Nice screened porch to enjoy morning coffee. Location is very convenient to anywhere. I would stay here again. Property managers were great communicators.

Very nice cottage
One of the nicer places in this community, as it has a parking spot to keep your car off the street. Communication was great! They even assisted with some information after-hours. Place was clean and welcoming.

Appreciated the area under the TV to set up a computer/workstation away from the kitchen counter. Able to access our accounts on the TV. Enjoyed relaxing and playing guitar on the screened porch.

Wonderful Stay
What a great place to stay!! We have 2 very large dogs and you would not believe how hard it is to find a place they are welcome. Our little bungalow was very clean. The location was perfect. It’s a little village with other guest getting to share the joy of the beach with their dogs. You are in walking distance to all the food places. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We will be staying again.

Nice little cabin!
This little cabin was very cute and well appointed. Comfy bed, great kitchen, and the fenced yard was great for our dog! The only complaint we had was we could not get the heater to turn on. I am sure it doesn't get used often lol. We had a cold snap our second night. By the time we realized the issue it was late and we were settled in for the night, so we just threw an extra blanket on the bed and it was fine. Great location in heart if old town. Loved the place!

great little cottage !
great little cottage, loved the screened in porch, clean and in good condition, couple of rips and tears in the screens but great sitting area, had a small fenced yard for our 2 dogs, great location! walkable to many great restaurants, only real disappointment was the shower-so small and narrow , hard to move around, the water spray was awful--like stinging needles in my face-couldn't even finish the shower otherwise we loved it there! will stay there again but highly rec they change the shower head.
