- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Only one pet weighing a maximum of 20 lbs is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Overall great experience!
It took quite a bit of time to cool down the house once we arrived however, once cooled, it was much more comfortable. House had plenty of space for our group and was clean and well kept.

Beach trip
We enjoyed our stay. Please add to the property description that guests need to bring all the ingredients they need for cooking (only things provided were salt and pepper) and preparing coffee. Also that they need to bring a cookie sheet to use in the oven. Other than that the place was great.

Great "in town" rental!
We have never stayed in town before but were wanting to give it a try. We loved staying at Casa Tropical! Its close to everything, well appointed and its so nice having a little space around you as opposed to staying in a condo.
