Join us where the dolphins play and the fish bite, for a stay that's sure to reel you in! Beautiful Views & a Perfect Coastal Stay – 10/10
We had an amazing stay at Channel View 112 in Port Aransas! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. We loved the private pier and pool — such great added perks — and parking was easy and convenient. This is a beautiful, comfortable condo, and we would absolutely recommend it. 10/10! Charming Condo
We loved the condo and will stay there again. It has a beautiful view and the dolphins were all around. The private pier was nice, too. It had everything we needed except ice.

Good stay at Channelview 112
We loved the condo at Channelview #112. It was upscale, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The view of the channel was lovely and we enjoyed watching all the boats and sea vessels pass by! The only negative was these was no elevator — but we managed. I would definitely stay again.

What a charming find
We absolutely loved Channelview CV112!!! This was a last minute trip to Port A on the weekend between the two Texas Spring Breaks and I can’t believe we were so lucky to find this place. First, it’s beautifully furnished, roomy for a family, AND it has the best views looking over the ship channel and over to St. Jo’s Island. Perfect to watch the sunrise. It was so quiet and peaceful being here that we couldn’t think of a better place to be. Everything was to our liking in the condo. Perfect, in fact.

Out yearly vacation dream place!!
PortA is awesome. From the time we booked with Sara at PortA escape. It’s so easy and no stress . The channel view stay was so enjoyable . The fishing pier is amazing . A security Person checks on you and make you feel so safe while your on the fishing pier . We loved PortA and channel view ❤️❤️

Relaxing Stay
Very relaxing stay! We love this condo. If you love watching the ships and the dolphins this is where you want to be. The kitchen has everything you need to cook instead of having to eat out all the time. We did eat at the following restaurants: Venetian Hot Plate,La Playa Mexican, Macdaddy’s, Tortuga’s,Cancun Grill,Andy’s Kitchen, Saltwater Grill! We have gone to Port A so many years that we have tried A LOT of restaurants!

Perfect channel location
This is our third year staying in this unit. We love the interior finishes and furnishings (minus the mattresses....they are excruciatingly uncomfortable), proximity to the water and town, view and pier. We will be back next year, Lord willing.

Anniversary Weekend

Port A retreat!
Great condo for watching the ship and barge traffic in the channel. Somewhat of a hike to the beaches. Unit was equipped very nicely.

Couldn't be better!
We loved the condo! It was beautiful and nicely appointed with everything that you might need. The views were spectacular and we loved even the rainy day of our trip just watching the ships and seabirds! Close to all the restaurants and the beach and great fishing!Channelview #112 is a gem!

Excellent room!
We loved loved loved this room!! The best thing for me was the Peaceful feeling looking out the windows unto the waters beach, loved the view among everything else, looking forward to going again. Will definetly rent this condo again

Channelview Condos
This condo was perfect for my group. We had a great time! Love being able to see dolphins and turtles from the condo and pier!

Boat watching beauty
I could live here! It was SO nice! Easy access to all our favorites! Pool was cool- I mean it!! It was so refreshing!! We really weighed out warm beach water or pool!! �� kids had a BLAST watching all the ships.

Doesn’t disappoint!
This was our second stay in unit 112 and once again it was amazing! The view of the ship channel just cannot be beat! The fishing pier and swimming pool were my son’s favorite part. The unit was immaculate upon arrival with plenty of towels and extra toiletries. Everything was as described on the listing. You will not regret booking this unit for a quiet and relaxing stay with the best view around!!

Condo 112
The condo was absolutely beautiful and was clean and did smell good.
We loved the view, will request same property next year
Only thing would add would be a huge ceiling fan in living room
But I am in love with the condo

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
Beautiful home with super views of the channel activity including tanker ships, dolphins and pelicans. Great kitchen. Everything you need.

Awesome place to stay
Beautiful place to stay! Enjoyed watching the ships go by and watching the dolphins play right in front of your windows. The condo has very comfortable beds. The kitchen has high end appliances and cookware. Has serrated knifes but need sharp cutting knives as well. Just a suggestion in the description you might want to put what kind of coffee pot the condo has ~ that way people can bring the correct kind of coffee. Will be staying here again soon! It is such a relaxing trip!

Family Time
112 is beautiful! The channel view is just what we wanted. The only complaint about the condo would be the beds in the master bedroom. Both of them were very uncomfortable. Would still recommend this condo.

Family Trip
Great accommodations at an amazing location! It’s close to all of the restaurants in town without feeling the craziness of summer! Great pool to use during the day and enjoy fishing off the pier at night. We always love coming back to Channel View!

Great place to stay
We had a late arrival and Port A Escapes was very easy to work with in setting up a lock box for us. Upon arrival, the unit was spotless and was exactly as presented in the pictures. The pier was great to fish from or to just watch the ships go by and the pool was wonderful to beat the heat. We did a mobile checkout which was quick and easy. Very highly recommend this unit and Port A Escapes!
