Channelview CV113 is a freshly remodeled condo with elevator access! Fully furnished and equipped for the ultimate island vacation. Primary bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed. There is also a twin size roll away to comfortable sleep a sixth person. Channelview is perfectly located in Port Aransas right on the Intercoastal Waterway with a community fishing pier and heated community pool. Just a short drive to the beach. After fishing all day, take your catch to one of the local downtown restaurants just minutes away. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Best stay on the bay
Nice clean rooms with a fishing pier on the property.. can't get much better. Loved it and will be out first choice spot.

Fantastic Place
This rental was great. We've never stayed on this part of the island even though we've been going to Port Aransas for more than 30 years. Property was clean and well maintained. Port A Escapes was easy to deal with from check-in to checkout. The only problem were the mosquitos and there's not a thing anyone can do about those pesky critters. We'd definitely stay at Channelview again.

We love staying at ChannelView Condos and have stayed several times! Several things were broken. ( Shower door in 1st bathroom, door was stuck, chairs in living room were very uncomfortable, ants in the living room )

Decent place to stay
I like this condo for the location, the view, and the amenities. The fishing pier is great, the pool is perfect, and the location is super convenient. I love that I can access the beach by the jetties without having to go through town.

The condo itself is good. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and we cook 90% of the meals on our stays. I love that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I also loved that this condo had shades over the large windows and the view of the channel is awesome. We could watch the dolphins and big ships pass through from the comfort of the living room. Unfortunately, the shower in the primary bedroom had a sewage smell if it hadn’t had water run through it in a while (like after 6-12 hours after use). It wasn’t overpowering to the whole suite, just the restroom area but it was unpleasant. We had a few other issues with the garbage disposal and the shower door coming off its hinge but Port A Escapes was super responsive and quick to send someone out to fix the issues!

Overall, it’s a good condo with everything you’d need for a fun vacation.

Love the location thats my go to when I got to port just this condo should update there tvs master bedroom was like watching a tablet from the bed other shower was a little small in masterbedroom it still wasent great stay

Last Min Labor Day Trip
Booked last min over the phone. Property Man Company was easy to work with & got me squared away.
Place was awesome,..familiar location, Nice pool & pier. Wish they allowed pets & that the rooms had balconies. But overall it was a great place. Nice unit furnished very well. Definitely will return soon.

Had a great stay. Everything is clean and well kept. The arrival and check went really smoothly. Gate codes and door codes made check in easy. Only notation would be that 1st floor still means one flight of stairs to climb.

Great Location
Right in the heart of Port A and on the channel.
Activities and access were everywhere a well as lots of scenery. Ships, dolphins, jetty, this was the idea location for our stay. The AC was cold the rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back in Agust for another vacation.
