Channelview CV118 is a fabulous, newly updated condo is located at the prestigious, privately gated Channel View Condominiums right on the ship channel and in the heart of Port Aransas! This second floor condo has no elevator access. Enjoy fishing from the only community with a private pier, any hour of the day or night. Or simply relax by the water and watch the dolphins play and ships cruise by. Dine in while you prepare your catch of the day with a fully stocked kitchen and brand new appliances. Spend time in town which is perfect walking distance or golf cart ride to local restaurants, shopping or bars. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The primary bedroom has a new and comfortable king size bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin over twin bunkbed. This rare unit also offers a shared patio. Enjoy the breeze in the evenings with a fresh cocktail. The beautiful Port Aransas beach is only a short 3 minute drive or golf cart ride away. After a fun day on the beach and exploring the town, take a dip in the gorgeous HEATED community pool which is heated in the cooler months for comfort. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

-Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions

Convenient Location for dining and the beach

We love staying here! Very convenient to get to the beach and easy for dining as well. The pool is always well maintained and covered parking spot is great too. We will be back again soon!

Great Unit 118, But Large Barking dog next dor

We had a great time at Channel view. Only issue was the owners dog next door. Every time they would leave for fishing or going out the Dog would bark constantly

Perfect Fishing

Condo was amazing. Well designed, well decorated, and came with everything we needed. Property has a great pool and sitting area. Lighted pier was a definite for us. Allowed me to catch my personal best bull redfish. Definitely gonna stay here again.
