Spend time in town which is perfect walking distance or golf cart ride to local restaurants, shopping or bars. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The primary bedroom has a new and comfortable king size bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin over twin bunkbed. This rare unit also offers a shared patio. Enjoy the breeze in the evenings with a fresh cocktail. The beautiful Port Aransas beach is only a short 3 minute drive or golf cart ride away. After a fun day on the beach and exploring the town, take a dip in the gorgeous HEATED community pool which is heated in the cooler months for comfort. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Great stay for fishing
Our intention was specifically to fish and we managed to do plenty! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well laid out, dock is ideal for fishing.

Great place to stay.
This is a perfect spot to stay in Port A. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
The private pier is perfect for anyone who plans on fishing. My kids love watching the dolphins, the sea turtles swimming under on the pier, and catching fish.

118 Channel View
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We overlooked the fact that there was no elevator and lugging suitcase up the stairs at our age was a bit difficult but I guess that's on us since the listing did say no elevator. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and cups and glasses but some were dirty in the cupboard. We could have used a larger pot. We made spagetti and had to use 2 smaller pots to boil it. Also, the closets in the bedrooms had only one (1) hanger each. We left a few that we bought for the next renter, but come on...one hanger each? The location is great and close to town which we found very convenient.

Great Unit 118, But Large Barking dog next dor
We had a great time at Channel view. Only issue was the owners dog next door. Every time they would leave for fishing or going out the Dog would bark constantly

Condo was amazing. Well designed, well decorated, and came with everything we needed. Property has a great pool and sitting area. Lighted pier was a definite for us. Allowed me to catch my personal best bull redfish. Definitely gonna stay here again.
