Channelview CV202 is a fabulous upscale condo that is located right on the ship channel and in the heart of Port Aransas! This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. You can enjoy panoramic views of the ship channel & private fishing pier right from your living room. This rare unit also offers a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the ships pass by or enjoy the breeze in the evenings with a fresh cocktail. Channelview is located in Old Town Port Aransas where you are just a quick golf cart ride or walk to local restaurants, shops, pubs and attractions that Port Aransas has to offer. Feel like dining in one night? There is a full kitchen to ensure you can whip up your favorite island style meal in no time. The primary bedroom has a King bed and twin. The second bedroom has a queen and twin. The third bedroom has a queen with a set of twin bunkbeds. This unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a fun day on the beach and exploring the town, take a dip in the gorgeous HEATED community pool. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permits. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Relaxing Spring Break Stay
This is our 3rd time staying at a condo at Channelview condos, and our first time in this condo. Overall the property is wonderful to stay at. It’s well taken care of and managed. Very quiet and family oriented. The views from the property are gorgeous. It’s the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway even when the town is bustling with people (even Spring Break). At the property, you wouldn’t even know that it’s crowded in town.
This condo was beautifully set up and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved having the patio to sit out and watch the boats come and go. I highly recommend this condo and the overall property. They have condos of every size to accommodate everybody from a small family to extended family (penthouse). It will not disappoint.

Beautiful Spacious Room
This was such a beautiful room! We had plenty of space for all of us and the views were just breathtaking! We were able to watch the sea turtles swimming by the pier from our window! It was also a great bonus that the room had a small outdoor space.

Best condo complex for great fishing and a relaxing atmosphere
I have been coming to Channelview for years, and it still holds the #1 spot for me as a fishing and relaxing destination in Texas. The management staff is always friendly and professional.

Excellent family vacation spot!
We had a great time staying at Channelview 202!
Growing up the Channel view was our family vacation spot so I’ve been here many times however I feel that this unit was the best one we’ve stayed at. We are hoping to rent the same unit next year! Amazing view and plenty of room for everyone. The complex was clean and love that it is now gated. Check in and check out was easy and we had no issues during our stay.

Our favorite place!
We had a blast this time! Channelview is a true gem and we are so thankful to have found it. We just completed our fourth stay at Channelview and won’t go anywhere else. The private pier is our favorite part of the condo, because our boys are fishing boys! We love that they can go out there all day long and do what they love. We met so many amazing people while there this time as well. The unit was great, staff was great, all around amazing week!

The condo, the view was amazing. I have a few concerns:

1. #202 did not have an elevator, a stairwell was the only way to and from the condo.

2. I am recovering from a vehicle accident and have to walk with crutches from time to time. Imagine having to climb 3 flights of stairs with crutches and also try to carry luggage and or other items.

Channel View by the pier
The condo that me and 5 other guys stayed in was excellent. The view of the channel through the large bay windows was beautiful, the fishing was non-stop, and it had everything from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again.
