Channelview CV205 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully updates condo at prestigious Channelview Condominiums. Stop and watch the ships roll by or enjoy the dolphins jumping in front of them. Cast a line from the private community pier or unwind in the refreshing heated pool. This condo with elevator access offers a primary bedroom with 2 Queen size bed and a Twin day bed, it also has an attached bath and a guest bedroom with a King size bed and a Twin, with a bath located just outside the door. The open living room/ kitchen is a great place to visit in the evenings. This condo has everything you will need for a great vacation! Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Another great stay at Channelview...
Stayed in 205. Great side view of the channel. Unit had everything you'd need for an extended stay...posts, pans, baking sheets plus consumables Port A Escapes provides...The until was very clean, but like most places in the coast there are small maintenance issues that could be touched up. Overall great stay and we will be booking again.

The condo was clean, well stocked with cooking utensils. The private pier was amazing and we loved fishing anytime we felt the urge.

Great Time!
The Condo was perfect for the 7 of us. Fully stocked just like home.Loved walking on on the private pier. Grandchildren enjoyed dolphins, sea turtles, fish & ships. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Beach and town was all right there. Golf cart was dropped off to us.

Junee 2024 stay
We have been coming here for 6 years and I would have to say this is the first year we were disappointed. The pool had not been cleaned in 12 days per the pool guy on Tuesday after we had all swam on Monday and our granddaughter got a fungus on her face and the rest of us feels sick.12 days of none cleaning or maintenance, this is unexpectable.
Our room we have stayed in several times needed much maintenance as well, cabinets were broken and sticking, closet door was broken, dryer did not dry without restarting it 4 to 5 times. Kitchen fossette was broken, bathroom tub would not drain correctly. The worst was the pluming high pitch pipe sound coming from the hall bath that would not stop for 7 days, it was offal! The room with multiple beds in it where our kids were sleeping the light randomly would turn on several time though out the night the entire stay. This unit needs much maintenance!!
The grounds also need maintenance, trash container outside was overflowing all week, again major pool issues and the pool waster was HOT, fishing pir was nasty, in seven days no one came and cleaned it off with water hose like in years past. Overall, we were not happy with this year's stay, and it was very disappointing.

Family Stay In Port Aransas
As always, the condo was in well kept condition!! The private pier for fishing is quite the treat, often crowded which is to be expected for such a lovely spot to enjoy. The lights and convenience of the pier are enjoyable and clean. Even when not fishing, it was nice to see the sea life right underneath us!! Our family has vacationed here for many years and it’s always a pleasure for our much needed get away from the city. I do recommend if advertising a working “heated” pool, that it indeed be as such. In the evening, I’ve noticed the lights in the pool are flickering, which seems highly unsafe... not to mention the pool never seems heated at all. We’ve avoided using the swimming pool because of the listed conditions. Our stay has always been enjoyable and very comfortable. I look forward to returning as much as possible. The convenience of having a golf cart delivered is wonderful, and so is having an elevator to use for taking luggage up. I always recommend this lovely little place to anyone looking to visit Port Aransas. We find a new gem of activity, restaurant, or shop each time we visit. The rooms are very spacious and the decor is absolutely complementing to the beautiful views.

We had an amazing time at the Channelview Condos. The location was great! It was close to everything. My husband enjoyed the fishing pier very much. We would watch the dolphins every morning while enjoying our coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Port A
We enjoyed staying at Channel View. Condo was clean and decorated in the upscale beach style. Great views of the channel and the large ships that silently cruised in and out of the gulf. Pier was a good place to fish from, especially at night. Turtles and dolphins pop up from time-to-time. Pool is a good size and great for children to swim in. Beach access was just down the street.

Very Good Stay!
Overall, our 4-night vacation was very good. We appreciated the covered parking, lighted pier, BBQ pits/picnic tables, salt-water pool, and felt safe. We found Unit 205 to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and provided a wonderful view of all of the ship/boat activity that traversed the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. The furniture was very comfortable and provided plenty of seating for our 7 guests. The beds were also all very comfortable as well as all having very nice bedding. However, there were 4 negatives. First, we were very disappointed that the large "cabana" at the end of the swimming pool was still not completed and, thusly, was not usable. There had been very little work done on it since we last viewed the property in person in November, 2019. Secondly, the unit itself had a plumbing problem along the kitchen/hall bathroom wall based upon our observation. We noticed occasional, consistent water puddles in front of the refrigerator and the dehumidifier which we keep mopped up. The problem also appeared to impact the draining of the bathtub and sink in the adjacent bathroom because they were slow to drain, and the commode didn't flush very well. We adjusted fine, but suggest that the problem be addressed to minimize the risk of wall damage and/or mold and mildew growth in the future. Third, the left sliding closet door in the first bedroom would not slide open because it scraped the floor. Lastly, instructions for the 4 or 5 remotes to the TV, etc. would be helpful. Therefore, these 4 issues caused us to not give the property a 5-star rating. However, we would still book this unit again and would recommend it to others. The property management company was perfect to work with. We appreciated the text reminders regarding the check-in and check-out processes. It was great to just respond to the text reminder to check out! We didn't call them regarding the above-mentioned issues because they were not easily fixable and did not inhibit our enjoyment.

Great Condo!
We have stayed a few times at the Channelview condos. Condo 205 has been, by far, the best. The condo was nicely furnished, clean and had a great view of the channel and jetties. We could see all the boats coming in from and going out to the Gulf.

Channelview stay
We enjoyed our stay but all of the construction inside and outside at Channelview was tiresome at times. The fishing pier is wonderful. The location is wonderful.

Heavenly Channel View Vacation
We participated in our annual Family vacation to Channel View. Our family participates in ownership of 2 other condos at Channel View and the addition of the use of this one was perfect.

Channelview 205
This was by far the nicest place we have stayed while in Port A. Was very clean and had updated appliances and bathrooms. Love that it had a washer and dryer. Bedrooms were nice sized as well. The pier was great for fishing. The outside of the building and pool were very well kept up and clean. We will for sure come back and stay in this one.

A Fantabulous Weekend
We had a wonderful time having "family time" with our kids and grandkids. Our only complaint,of which y'all were not responsible, was there was no live shrimp on the island for the entire weekend. Fishing pretty much stunk.

Great memories
Unit 205 was sparkling clean, well appointed with a great view and right next to the elevator, which at our age is important. All the appliances were new and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except of course, food. We have stayed at Channel View off and on for over 35 years and this is my favorite unit so far. The remodeled pool was great too. My nine year old grandson didnt want to get out of it. 4 stars. Would be 5 stars but the beds were a little too hard for my old bones.

November Getaway
Our vacation rental experience was phenomenal from check-in to check-out. The location was prime, the water views were breathtaking, the furnishings were modern and coastal, and the unit was spacious. I highly recommend this rental to others considering a vacation in Port Aransas.

Annual Port a fishing trip & stay,
The room was great, it was the best view of the channel
& jetties , fishing was awesome ?? caught over 18 keeper

Beautiful condo
We had a great time in Port A. The Condo was just as it was described! Could not have found a better place to stay. It was roomy enough for 7 people to enjoy, and had all the extras that we needed. Home away from home. I would very much recommend this unit for anyone headed to Port A. The only negative is that the fishing was not good!! The pier was amazing, but we lost many lures because of rocks, lines were broken due to getting hung up on the rocks. We were not expecting that since we were in the ship channel. With that being said, I would still recommend the condo, just not the fishing!

Perfect Experience
This is the 2nd time to use the condo's at Channelview. The location is the best in town. The kids fished all day & night off the private pier. Had fun watching the big ships come through the channel as well. So much fun. Cant wait to go back again.

Loved the condo.

The perfect location
