Channelview CV215 is a fabulous upscale condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The primary has a King bed, second bedroom, 2-Queens and the third bedroom has 2 Double beds. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Channelview CV215 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- 24/7 guest support

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)

- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Relaxing Home Away From Home Stay

We had an amazing comfortable stay. The check in and out was so easy and convenient. It was very clean and home feeling. We have stayed in Channelview Condos before, so we didn't expect less than a great stay. This was just a little different as we came together for a pre-Thanksgiving weekend. Different couples that hadn't stayed under one roof ended up being nothing but a great time. Plenty of room, time fishing at whatever hour of the day, and playing games as the owner leaves available for the occupants was amazing for those that hadn't been here before. Best of all a full kitchen to cook the meal that we planned. Thank you for having us. We can't wait to come back to share love and laughs with family and/or friends.

Easy self check-in. Nice furnishings. The Only private, lighted fishing pier in the ship channel. Nice pool. Covered parking. Secluded area close to town. Very nice overall.

Great layout & location

We enjoyed our time in condo 215. The layout was great for our family and what we needed. The pool was fantastic and the kids loving going out on the private pier to fish. We also took multiple walks and adventures to the beach and jetty due to it's close proximity to the marina and "downtown" Port A. The condo did have a couple of things missing that we had to buy: a blender and oven mitts. When we notified the property manager, they were quick to respond and offered to go buy a blender. We had already bought one since we were at the store. Beyond those small items, we enjoyed our stay!

Condo was a great set up as a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of room for our large group. We love the pool, and fishing pier. It has everything your family may want. Along with privacy of a gated entrance and security every night.

GREAT Stay!!!

Love staying at The Channelview Condominiums, had always stayed in a 2-bedroom and this was first time staying in a 3-bedroom and it was awesome. Condo was very spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. The check-in and check-out process was so nice and easy. We appreciated the 2 parking spots, the beautiful pool, and the fishing pier.

Pleasant surprise

I only discovered Port A escapes a few weeks ago and never used them before. The experience was painless. I found them very accommodating and everything went as it should. The condo was beautiful, well furnished, well appointed and actually a lot larger than I expected. One disappointment was I was expecting a patio or balcony and there was none. Nor was there a view of the channel, at least from this particular condo. On a lesser scale, the coffee pot was inoperative and the only working light in the bedroom with the king bed was the one on the ceiling fan, which was operated by a chain only about an inch long.

July 2021 Trip - Channelview- Port A

Excellent. We have stayed at Channelview a number of times over the last 25 (or more) years and have seen the upswing and a slight decline in the property and then stabilized. Then Harvey comes along. The renovations have renewed our expectations. The improvements, cleanliness and the addition of the access gates with a security person that actually makes his rounds, gives a more relaxed feeling when coming in from the pier at 2 or 3 a.m. The only item that is still a long time concern is the elevator, even though we have never encountered a failure, the feeling is not good until the doors open to get off. We always have one of us take the stairs and wait for the others to arrive. Overall excellent!! The pier repairs are great.

Overall good experience

The condo is nicely remodeled & amenities were great. Only issue was one of the owners complained that we had too many people that didn't belong, but our family rented out 4 condos, so we had at least 30 members and were accused of not belonging. We don't pay as much as the owners, but we paid enough & they made us feel uncomfortable as guests.

No TV service on any of the TVs & we had children to entertain

Except for the TVs all being without cable service the entire 4 days we were there it was perfect, we missed the game. You know Texans and their football.

Great Multi-Family rental

The space was completely renovated which was a pleasant surprise, the photos had not been updated. Our party of 8 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The condo was very nice place for our group of friends to stay for a weekend of fishing in Port A. The location was great. The fishing pier was a nice amenity. The trout were jumping at night under the lights. The master bed was interesting; I wouldn't say I liked seeing all of myself in the mirrored bed frame. The pool was nice as well, half-shaded in the afternoon.

Beautiful condo!

We usually stay at a friend's condo when in Port A, but it was unavailable. We logged on to Port Aransas Escapes and found a condo in the same location we usually stay. It was beautifully decorated, roomy enough for 6 to sleep (can sleep up to 10) and located on the channel. Will definitely book with them again. Price was also good!

Awesome Condo!

We (8 people) stayed in Channelview 215 for a long weekend. The condo was very clean and super nice. The long table accommodated all of us to sit and eat comfortably. The rooms and beds were good size and very comfortable. The private pier was a plus as we all love to fish. We were able to have some downtown time and relax in this wonderful and quiet place. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Rojas Family Vacation

My family has been coming to Port A every summer for the past 30 plus years. The only thing our room was missing was a washer and dryer. Other than that, it was perfect. View of the pier along with a view of the pool. The upgrades to the property are wonderful, but I felt the pool could have been much cleaner.

Channel View review

We have been coming to Port Aransas for 40 years, and we always stay at Channel View. This year was a little different because a new management company was handling reservations instead of the on-site system we're used to. Everything was great, except for the first time, there was no cleaning service offered for an 8-night stay; we ran out of dishwasher pellets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, toilet paper and had to wash our own towels. I'm not sure if we had requested more of these items they would have provided them or not. Other than those (minor) inconveniences, it was fabulous as usual! We love being right on the Channel with our own pool and fishing pier.
