Channelview CV216 is a fabulous upscale condo on the 3rd floor with elevator access! Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The first bedroom offers a king bed. The second bedroom offers a king bed, with a twin over twin bunk bed. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Parking for 1 with required parking permit. No pets allowed. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Channelview is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Clean towels and linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Channel View Stay
We love Channel View!! The view from this unit was wonderful, especially for seeing the ships come through and watching the sun go down. The unit had everything we needed for our one month stay, minus the recliners shown in the photograph. The recliners were replaced with swivel rockers. The beds were really comfy! This unit has access to the elevator which is a plus. Channel View also has covered parking and access to the private fishing pier. We were extremely happy with our experience at Channel View and will definitely stay there again!

Great location and lovely updated condo
Great condo with lots of amenities including grills, a pier, a chilled/heated pool, and lovely spaces to sit and enjoy a view of the channel. The interior is updated and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need.

Coffee pot is only a 4 cup so bring appropriate filters and be prepared to make a few cups if you have more than 2 adults in the condo who drink coffee. Nice size fridge and freezer. would definitely choose again.

Unit was all that we expected. It was clean and well furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked with all that was needed. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Nice views and being on the elevator a real plus. Everyone really enjoyed the cooled pool and fishing pier. Highly recommend this rental.

The Condo is great but the Pier is Priceless!
We take an annual trip to Port A every summer and this is the third time we've stayed at Channelview. The only disappointment we have is that we didn't discover this place sooner! The private pier is a must for the kids and allows the adults to relax and enjoy some healthy down time. You can sit at the pool or in your room (depending on which room you have) and watch the non-stop flow of ships, from small to huge, travel along the shipping channel at all hours of the day and night and the beach is in close proximity as well. Book your stay. You will enjoy it immensely!

Excellent! Recently remodeled, clean, and an excellent location on the ship channel. We love the Channelview. Our only issue was that someone had turned the pool heater on, and the pool was about 110 degrees! There is zero need to heat the pool in Texas in late June :-) We can't wait to come back!

Spring Break
Very enjoyable! Condo was super clean and great location. Small issue with fridge but it was fixed right away.Would love to stay there again.

Winter escape
The unit was clean, nice layout, decent views. If you don't like stairs there is an elevator. We did have a hot water issue in the main bathroom shower but I'm sure it will be addressed before the next tenants come. The kids caught fish right off the pier. There were dolphins and sea turtles swimming around the pier as well. The pool looked nice. We stayed busy with other ventures so we did not indulge in the pool. It is a nice short walk to the public beach and pier (5-10 minutes) if you do not want to take your car or rent a golf cart. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the marina as well. There are several places to eat or book a fishing trip or just people watch. This is a nice quiet place to relax as well (there is plenty of construction going on right now but it won't last to long). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

great stay
I would give my experience a 4 out of 5 stars. The room was clean , as well as the linens. The only complaints that I have, is that the blinds in my room were broken which didn't look very nice for the customers I was entertaining. There was also no elevator to take up coolers, groceries, and such. Overall, we made the best of it and had a great time. The BBQ pits are awesome and the peer was in close proximity to them as well. I also noticed that the property was very well manicured. I would definitely stay again!

Room 216 was awesome!!
We loved our stay with channelview. We stayed in room 216 when we checked in the room it was very clean, usually I feel like I have to clean the room before but the rooms where spotless there was plenty of towels overall the stay was perfect. We definitely would have loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely stay again.

A home away from home.
We have stayed at the Channel Condominiums several times. We like the location and the units are reliably clean and well equipped. The private pier is a bonus, specially for the fishing persons in the group. We have always enjoyed our stay there.
