Cline’s Landing, is an upscale condominium that offers a one-of-kind view! Enjoy endless hours of ship channel activity from the comfort of a private balcony. Watch as the dolphins play right off the bulkhead or take in a nice sunset view from your balcony. Sit in the swimming pool, or hot tub and take in an unequaled channel side view. You can reserve time on the lighted tennis courts, just contact the front desk on property. This 2 bedroom condo offers a King size bed in the primary bedroom with a private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and also a private bath. The spacious full kitchen has everything you would need to cook your catch of the day.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Cline's Landing 115 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels and linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Beautiful rental

I was fortunate to stay at Clines Landing, unit 215 for the month of January. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully equipped and had wonderful views.
The staffs at both Port A Escapes and at Clines Landing were very helpful and pleasant.
